It's a vent....

I book a indigo flight from Abu Dhabi to varanasi via mumbai and I'm using wheelchair. It's a connection ticket sold by Indigo and there is a layover of 9 hours in Mumbai. I thought I'll pay some launge because I have a leg injury and can't sit properly. When reached Mumbai they're very friendly and pick up from plane and drop me near T2 checkin on the same wheelchair..there is no seats to sit and I'm asking them to take me to security check so that I can sit somewhere or book lounge. They said they can't give a wheelchair 2 hours before the the flight. So I left on a wheel chair for a whole night(7 hours approx) without any access to water. After asking multiple times a staff gave water from his bottle.

I requested to multiple persons due to pain and nobody listened. Contacted customer care they said contact airport team. when I explained all situations to that blue lady she said atleast he gave you SOME WATER and mockingly asked do you want my name?

What the fuck. I never seen an employee trusting their management this much.

If they can't provide basic human consideration, why the fuck they're selling connections.

I dislocated my patella 5 days back and the doc suggested conservative method of treatment as it's my first time. Actually I live abroad and it's three weeks rest, so I'm thinking about going back to my home country for a month. Is it advisable to travel this early or do I need to avoid the plan and take complete rest. What are the things I should take care of. Please help me make an informed decision 😀
