Question on Unbranded Temu Ring
Hello,
I wanted to see if a smart ring was something I would like so decided to get a cheap ring on Temu before jumping into a device like the Ringconn.
The problem that I seem to be having is that the ring is able to take data just fine and is relatively accurate compared to my apple watch but it is not initiating the periodic testing that is set for every 30 mins. I have tried re-pairing the ring, turning on and off periodic testing and nothing seems to work. If I initiate all of the tests from the app they work fine its just not doing anything automatically.
Here is a picture of the ring I purchased. If anyone might have insight that would be great. It was only like 12 bucks so I dont really care its just odd that its not working and I cant seem to figure it out. The app it uses is just called "Smart Health"
