Lets say there is a person swimming in the lake, they swim out 45 feet to a place where it’s 20 ft deep, they drown for some reason, and water enters there lungs, wouldn’t they just sink to the bottom way before divers arrive? And even if they can get pulled out of the water, I’m guessing they can’t be revived.

It needs to be able to house 1 million or more people, make its own food/water, make its own power, make its own medications, etc

a medication that moves the heart rate to a normal level(it can both raise and lower the heart rate, accordingly)
A medication that rapidly heals(a few days) broken bones
A medication that lowers your internal temperature for a bit(can be used for heat stroke but also conditions where they may have to slow the body down internally
A medication that can give the affects of fluids..with just a little amount
