Realistically if Homelander and Supes were real, Anti V would be a thing
They would make Frederick Vought develop a neutralizing agent for Compound V, Anti V. It would also be edible and have the same effects so say someone laced Homelander’s food with it, then he’d be a powerless human. Only certain people would know about it and once a supe goes rogue they would use it. But ofcourse if they added this in the show it would be over on episode 1
