Need Help with Unwarranted Negative Feedback
TL;DR. Spent the last 30 minutes trying to call an agent at 5pm EST on a Monday. Was unable to talk to an agent. Kept getting the error "Call back during normal business hours". AI Chatbot only lets me send an email which doesn't go anywhere from my previous experience.
Sold an item. Buyer opens a return request. Item has still not been returned, return status is "Waiting for buyer to ship the return" and buyer leaves me negative feedback saying *"*I returned [item details] back to the seller, and the USPS tracking confirmed it was received back by the seller, and he hadn't responded back to me and he hasn't refunded my money!"
I submitted a feedback removal request which was not approved within 20 minutes stating "We carefully reviewed the details and found that the buyer experienced an issue related to a return.
For this reason, the feedback was not removed. Just so you know, this feedback will not impact your seller performance level."
How do I get this removed. I have free returns set. In the past, this has saved me from any false negative feedback when the buyer decided to not return the item.
