Today we thrashed Pak to reach the next stage. We lost to England though. I know its very tough but what do you think of the chances ?

So i am a SSC aspirant and only focused on SSC CGL exam. I already work as a clerk in a gov. department and wanted to explore some higher posts through SSC. Last year alongside SSC i applied for IB ACIO as the pattern of both was similar. Coincidently Both exam fell on the same date. IB in morning and SSC in evening. IB was tougher and i didn’t have much hope of clearing it. But fast forward few months, I cleared it and around that time Dhurandhar 1 released. Bro i can’t explain how much i was motivated after coming out of the hall. This movie motivated me in such a way that I certainly wanted to leave my desk job doing nothing and wanted to serve the nation in a broader way. I completely shifted my focus from SSC mains to IB tier 2 written test. I worked hard. I still remember it was a chilling winter day and they asked to write essay on topics like Indus treaty abolition, Operation Kagar, etc. I gave my 100% and was confident of clearing it. Tier 2 results declared in March and i cleared it, at the same time i was excited for Dhurandhar part 2. I went first day first show and as expected it was a banger. Adrenaline was rushing in my veins. Throughout my preparation the soundtrack of this film kept playing in my mind 😅. I was looking forward to my interview which was scheduled after few days. I bought formals, practiced some topics and went for the interview. For the first time i saw IB officials irl. We were a batch of 50 candidates. We were waiting in a hall. There were senior officials, Police officers all over the building. Anyways my serial number of interview was 47th 🥲. It didn’t went well. 5 officials were on the panel. One of them was a psychologist. They caught me off guard on my graduation subjects 🥲 which eventually decided my fate. Anyways this phase from Dec to April 26 was one of the best phase of my life. “Man atkeya” song made a permanent place in my mind. Alas! I Couldn’t join IB as i failed in interview but god had other plans. I cleared SSC and will be joining the defence ministry on a civilian post.❤️

The imagine tv Chandragupta Maurya show was none less than a modern web series. The casting, the dialogues, the storyline..everything was top notch. This serial inspired me in a way I can’t explain. I still regret that they couldn’t finish it and we were not able to see Chandragupt sit on the throne 🥲

Recently i went to Malda town railway station after years and was astonished to see how they have transformed the Station especially the entrance. Amrit bharat stations really be kicking hard.

I just learned that the show has gone off air. I guess it was inevitable. The show lost its charm long ago. Stories got repeated, characters were unfunny. Same jokes again and again. No creativity. But everything aside , the show has done an immense job to make us laugh all those years. Be it yadram ka launda or Master saab. Each and every character played their role perfectly. My whole family enjoyed the show , especially my Mother. Her favourite character was Vibhuti and Happu singh. Thanks to the creators and actors Aasif seikh, Rohitasv sir for giving their souls for this show and making it a hit. Cheers to BJGPH (2015-2026)

Yesterday Kolkata metro achieved a major milestone with TBM Durga, completing a crucial underground tunnel stretch between Khidderpore and Victoria on the Joka-Esplanade Metro Corridor.

I mean how is this even allowed ?

-MPs can’t switch party and remain MP

- They resigned from MP post first

- Their MP seats get vacant

- Joined another party

- By election for those vacant seats announced

- Their new party made them candidates for the same seat they had resigned earlier.

It is a complete mockery of anti defection law and democracy in itself.

I wonder when they will introduce more such trains in Sealdah section
