Returning to the game for the first time since Final Shape. Am lost and wondering what I should be doing right now?

Please bear with me. I've been out of the loop. I know that Destiny 2 is not releasing any new content. The last expansion I did buy was The Final Shape. I had just returned to the game back then since the Forsaken so I played through each expansion. I've not yet bought the 2 most recent expansions - The Edge of Fate and Renegades.

There's a reward pass and some kind of seasonal content. Is this now going to be around indefinitely?

Also what should I be working towards? I logged into the game and my gear levels have all dropped down to 1. The new power cap is supposedly 300? What should I be doing right now considering there isn't any "end game" if I got that right? Would really appreciate any guidance or path to follow.

Currently have a iPhone 15 Plus 126 GB. Maxed out storage. What are my best options?

I bought the 15 Plus when it came out 3 years ago. it’s a 126 GB. I thought that would have been enough. However since then I’ve started going to a lot of concerts and videos, pictures over the years have taken up a lot of space.

i don’t want to lose any of the old pictures, text messages, etc. What’s my current best option?

I love the screen size of my 15 Plus and I read that Apple has discontinued the Plus line. I would prefer not to go back to a smaller screen. I’ve heard mixed things about the Air line. The Pro Max is way over my budget as things stand. I was considering getting a 16 Plus with more storage and future proofing myself. would that make sense? What’s my best option right or what other options should I consider?

I don’t want to have to pay a monthly or yearly Apple + service to use the cloud. I don’t know if it’s worth it or how much it would cost me yearly. Though I’ll consider all options. Thank you.

From the current Summer sale what are some really good shortish games to play in “under” the 20-25 hours length?

What are some of the shorter must play PS4/PS5 games under the 20-25 hours length? Am burnt out on the huge open world games.

What are your absolute must watch shows on HBO? Shows that’s too addicting that you can’t stop and hook you right in.

I’ve seen The Wire, Game of Thrones, Band of Brothers, The Penguin, The Last of Us, Game of Thrones, White Lotus, Mare of Eastwood, The Night Of, Generation Kill, Task, Peacemaker. What are the other must watch shows that hook you right in?

36M Toronto - Looking to meet new people and form genuine friendships. Love music, concerts, foodie, gamer, painstakingly in the present.

Hey everyone!

Am 36M from North York but don't mind travelling in and around Toronto. I’m looking to meet some new people, concert buddies and hopefully build some genuine friendships.

A little about me: I’m a huge music lover and love connecting with people through music. Whether it’s sharing playlists, discovering new artists, or going to concerts, I’m always down to talk music.

I’m also a foodie who loves trying new restaurants and finding hidden gems. If you’ve got recommendations, I’m all ears.

Outside of that, I’m into gaming, binge-worthy TV shows, fantasy, and I’m a massive Lord of the Rings nerd. Whether it’s debating the best character, quoting the movies, talking about fantasy worlds, or discussing the latest game or show, I’m always happy to nerd out.

If you’re looking for someone to chat with about music, concerts, food, games, TV, fantasy, or just life in general, send me a message! As an icebreaker, tell me:

  • What song have you had on repeat lately?
  • What’s the last concert you went to?
  • What’s your favorite comfort food?
  • And the important question: who was the true hero of Lord of the Rings? Hahaha. This is just a silly question, no right answers here.

I’m up for a coffee, drink or dinner and having a good conversation.

Am pretty easygoing and always looking forward to meeting some awesome people from different backgrounds and hearing their stories.

I recently discovered NK is married and been with his partner for a very long time but a lot of his songs deal with bad break ups, shitty partner and rocky relationships.

His lyrics usually tackle the messy, nostalgic, and lingering emotions of leaving a hometown love, or navigating the emotional distance that grows between partners. But from what I’ve read he’s known and been with his partner since 2014 or maybe even earlier so teenagers basically and they even got married a couple years ago.

Is he writing about his personal experiences or is it just that, a song?

Is the Rogers Stadium in Toronto worth it for a concert? I’ve seen some POV views and the stage and artists/bands look so way out from some seatings.

Can someone that’s been to a concert at the Rogers Centre share their experience? Thank you.

Edit: Am referring to the Rogers Stadium at Downsview. Not the Skydome or Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto.

Why and how has Noah Kahan exploded into mainstream popularity while other folk artists haven’t been able to?

I don’t mean it as a diss but it’s just so crazy how he’s blown up. I remember first discovering him back in like 2017/18 maybe while listening to Ben Howard. He was alright and I didn‘t really pay much attention until his song - View Between Villages. I had that song on repeat the first time hearing it back in 2023. I couldn’t get enough of it. I then met my ex who was so into him. And that’s how I got more into him and Zach Bryan around then.

I’ve seen Ben Howard, Novo Amor, Ocie Eliot, Leif Vollebekk and they only were able to sell out a 2-3,000 venue. Noah Kahan has been selling out 50,000 + arenas. I always assumed folk music to be very niche.

How was he able to break that mainstream barrier? And the crazy thing is I’ve never heard him on radio.

I think he’s absolutely amazing. But it’s just crazy that so many other similar artists have never blown up.

How to go about talking to my doctor about TRT if she’s dismissed it before? How do I go about doing it on my own if my doctor won’t budge?

I brought up TRT a year or so back. Back then I was on anti anxiety and depression meds. i got off on them after being on them for nearly 3 years. the meds didn‘t help. I’ve done my research for years when it came to bodybuilding but I’ve been seriously considering getting on it for TRT and my overall health. I know it boost and improves mood and depression while providing other numerous benefits.

She dismissed it the first time and says I don’t need it. I’m mentally now prepared to start it ASAP. How do I approach it with her? And if she’s still against it what are my options doing it on my own?

Longmire or Dexter? Just got Paramount Plus and not sure which one to finish first? I got Paramount for only a month, maybe two.

I love crime thrillers and neo westerns. I know both shows have long seasons and Dexter has the sequels and the prequel as well.

Which one should I go with that I can finish in the next month or two?

The craziest thing about Slot is that if this continues next season you can pretty much tell what his excuses are going to be from the world cup to lack of a full pre season and players coming back late.

Hearing Slot talk in all his recent interviews, he keeps promising how things are going to be different "if" we have the transfer window that's promised. The sad truth is that no transfer window will solve the lack of coaching skills, attacking patterns, triangles, basic touch and go and some of the stuff that were a hallmark of the Liverpool sides under Klopp.

You can pretty much tell what his excuses are going to be when this slop continues next season. He's going to blame the world cup, lack of a full preseason to get his ideas across, the lads playing too much football, tiredness, etc. That's the crazy thing about this all, there doesn't seem like we are going to be done with his excuses.
