Which of the established teams do you think is most at risk of a surprise relegation to the National League this season?

For me, it has to be Swindon Town.

Should you ever bring in a player purely for a double gameweek or is that too risky?

Got a player with a double coming up but his underlying stats aren't great. The logic is two matches equals more points but I'm wondering if you're just gambling on volume. Do people actually plan for doubles or is it a false promise?

Which part of your bike do you spend the most money upgrading, and is it actually worth it?

I've gone through a few chains and sprockets because of the constant use, and I invested in decent brakes because I need them to actually work reliably. The wheels have been the expensive bit though, getting puncture resistant tyres and a solid rim has cost a fair bit.

I'm wondering what people reckon is actually worth splashing out on versus what's just nice to have

Night tube on a friday, worth it or just rammed and stressful?

Thinking about using it after a late one instead of forking out for a cab. Never actually tried it on a weekend night before. Is it actually reliable or does it end up being more hassle than its worth?

Would you actually want VAR in League Two?

Part of me wants the big decisions to be right, especially when promotions, play-offs and relegations can be decided by a single moment. But part of me thinks the speed and spontaneity of lower league football is one of the reasons I love it in the first place.

If the option was there tomorrow, would you vote for VAR in League Two or keep things exactly as they are?

Erling Haaland actually makes Manchester City a less interesting team to watch

Before he arrived they played some of the most fluid unpredictable football in the world with false nines popping up everywhere. Now the entire system is designed to just feed one guy in the box. He gets his goals and the stats are incredible but the actual matches are so much more formulaic and boring to sit through now

Tips for preventing saddle sores on long distance multi day rides

I am doing a three day bikepacking trip across the South Downs next month and my biggest worry is comfort. I usually start getting quite uncomfortable around the forty mile mark on regular day rides even with decent bib shorts and chamois cream. If you do massive back to back days what is your secret to keeping your skin intact and surviving the weekend.

Do dashcams actually make a difference if you are involved in an incident or is it more peace of mind than anything?

Has anyone actually used dashcam footage successfully in an insurance claim or police report?

What would you tell someone who wants to start riding but is intimidated by traffic?

My colleague wants to start cycling but lives somewhere with no quiet alternatives and keeps putting it off because they're nervous about cars. I don't want to just say it gets easier because that feels dismissive. What actually helped you get past that initial fear?

What's something your pet does that nobody would believe unless they saw it themselves?

If anyone in the house is sad or crying, my cat instantly sprints into the room, jumps up onto their lap, and starts aggressively licking away the tears. She will headbutt them and purr incredibly loudly until they stop. She even does this with complete strangers

How much do you realistically spend each year on cycling once you include maintenance, clothing and accessories?

I read a blog from a local bike shop claiming that if you commute five days a week you should budget about 260 pounds a year for parts and servicing. Honestly feels a bit low once you add in tyres and the occasional chain replacement

Why do some faster runners get so aggressively vocal when overtaking towards the end of the first lap?

I had someone shouting at people to move into the bushes on a narrow park path yesterday, completely forgetting that parkrun is a community event, not a sanctioned club race

Should I move out of my workplace pension's default fund?

My employer contributes a flat rate regardless of what I put in, which is great, but the actual investment performance has been completely flat for eighteen months. Is it common for workplace default funds to underperform basic global trackers so significantly, or should I be looking to move my money immediately?

Cuckooing needs more attention

The bbc had a piece on cuckooing the other day and it is terrifying how common it is. Hard to believe people can just lose their homes to criminals like that without much wider outcry
