Idk who needs to hear this but y'all are doing a good job. Sometimes you're doing too good of a job and need to take a chill pill lol.

Seriously tho try not to stress yourself out too much. You're all doing great just by trying. A majority if type ones grew up with no parental input and did fine. The fact youre out there trying is more than enough.

My unsolicited advice: make sure you don't make every little thing about diabetes. And make sure youre educated on what a glass child is if you have more than one kid, bc i know you think all your kids are important but make sure they see that in action.

Does anyone else have issues with jasmine rice? My carb ratio is pretty spot on most of the time. But when i have jasmine rice, no matter the dish, i always need a lot more insulin than normal.

Ive tried some other kinds of white rice and this seems specific to jasmine rice.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?
