This is a weird question but has anyone ever worked at Morrisons cafe? I got offered a job there so seeing people’s opinions. Also what’s the uniform like? Do I have to wear that hat lmao or does it just depend. I don’t think id be cooking etc.

Anxiety

What do you guys do on days you’re just feeling extremely anxious? No particular reason or nothings happened, just very anxious. This happens to me often and then the anxiety turns into guilt for my past actions (no idea why) what helps you all on days like this?

Bedding😂😂

This is going to sound so stupid but how do you guys change your sheets/duvet without crying in a corner and just wanting to end it? Is there an easier way, specifically the sheet. Because wtf.
I feel like I struggle with it way more than I should as an adult lmaoo
Bonus points if there’s any visuals

Guilt

I’ve never used Reddit before but saw good things for advice so thought id try.
I’m 19 and constantly feel guilty for things I’ve done in the past. I’ve made a lot of mistakes, and done a few “bad” things, some without reason, and I don’t know how to move on. I feel good for about 3 days, and then it comes back, and it’s so bad, I just don’t know how to keep going.
I don’t want to feel like this anymore, but im constantly striving to be better. It’s 24/7 at the minute, even stuff that happened years ago comes back. What can I do? How do I get past this? Does anybody else relate at all?
Thank you so much for reading.
