Intolerance testing

Did anyone here start carnivore because of food intolerance testing showing an intolerance for almost "everything"? Im considering going carnivore for 3-6 months and then reintroducing the foodstuffs i reacted to, and do the intolerance testing again after an appropriate amount of time.

"Ive never seen anyone reacting to so many things" quote my functional dr when I did the test 15 years ago. I did nothing with it then, because it got almost comical and absurdly difficult (had never heard about carnivore in 2010!). Now, the tests are done for even more food, and of course I react to them also, so I figure something needs to be done ...

Edit: I forgot to mention that in the toleranse test I didn't react to any meats! I did, however, react to both dairy and eggs

How recessed is my maxilla?

I might need upper jaw surgery (lefort 1) when Im done with marpe (this photo is from before installation). But im not sure if its worth the risk? I will have malocclusion class 3 when im done with my marpe.

Sellery success, plus looking for advice

I've had GREAT success drinking cellery juice in the morning, for my stomach acid trouble. I mean, really great. I tried all the medicines my doctors prescribed, ALL of them got me worse. Then I tried cellery and after maybe two weeks I was drastically improved. After a little longer more or less healed.

Ive tried to replicate this success using other foods to heal other ailments, but nothing has really had an effect. I'm looking for advice on what your number one go to's are? I have a busy day so it can't be to extensive.

DAP with apps

Im looking for a DAP where I can listen to Spotify and Storytel (audiobook). I dont need anything else, not even a screen, to be perfectly honest.

I would prefer if it was sold in my country (Norway). But im open to buying from another country also.

Is this kind of device called something else, or is it just under the DAP umbrella?

Alternative to iPod

I have no idea what the product im looking for is called! I want a small device on which I can play my Spotify and Storytel (audio books). Ive used iPod before, but since they are not made anymore, im looking for something newer. Ive tried just using a phone in airplane mode, but the battery is too short lived and the device too big to give me a sense of digital freedom. It doesn't even have to have a screen.

Lefort 1 instead of lower jaw surgery

I spoke to my ortho today, and it seems more likely that Im going to have a Le fort 1 because of slightly recessed maxilla rather than lower jaw surgery because of malocclusion 3.

I'm very relieved, as this seems to be a surgery with lower risks? What are your thoughts?

If Im lucky I wont need any surgery. I have a Marpe now and we still don't know exactly how the result will be.

My mind is blown, I dont use deodorant anymore

I went to a chiropractor because I had some pain in my shoulder. They had a machine called PiezoWave2 (I don't know what the treatment is called in English, in my language it's chock wave therapy). They used it all around my shoulder and also in my armpits. After going 2-3 times I don't smell anymore! I talked to them about it, and they say it's a common side effect! It's something about the lymph nodes being clogged because of poor circulation (which apparently also was connected to my pain).

My mind is absolutely blown!

Is my hyoideum actually sunken, or is it the angle of my jaw?

As indicated on the xray, my hyoid is 18.2 mm too low. It has probably sunken a bit, but are these almost 2 cm partly because of the angle in my lower jaw?
