Should I be worried?

I took 2 early summer courses. I already received my final marks for one of my courses. The other, complete silence. I got a 90% on an assignment and that mark also disappeared with 0/52, I know 100% I got a grade and feedback from it.

The final exam also didn’t get graded in brightspace.

I didn’t commit any academic offences so I’m not worried about that. I just don’t know what’s going on.

No response from prof when I emailed him.

It’s my first time taking summer classes so idk if this is normal. My exam was June 24.

Holding $3,378 USD

Buying a car soon so I need to stop using my savings. Can’t buy any more MU for a little bit (need to take care of other stuff). I’m also holding DRAM (1k USD) and XEQT. All my funds are in CAD but I converted the CAD to USD for the purpose of this post. I know this ain’t much but hopefully something!

Hopefully in August I see small gains then I can start adding more $$$$ to MU and my ETFS.

SEE YOU GUYS SOON. YOLO.

Keep investing in all of these or sell one of them?

I’m not sure if it’s worth keeping XCHP, MDA, or whatever else. Because I throw most of my money into MU, XEQT, and QQC. I have XCHP because of AMD and MRVL, as well as other stocks for AI.

But if I should keep all my investments and keep investing into them then I will. PNG has been down a lot but I heard there’s growth for the next decade so idk

Is this a good buy still?

I’m seeing the stock go down. I bought 11 shares of MU costing 45$ CAD hedge.

I’m going to keep adding more soon. I’m wondering though if there will be good gains. I missed out on a fuck ton.

My portfolio and the plan (26M)

I have a thesis towards AI growth (semiconductors and memory chips) as well as overall tech and I believe it’ll grow in the future. I’ll explain why I have each and every holdings

I do understand there’s overlap and there’s heavy weight. It’s on purpose. And for USD amounts, I invest in small amounts (under 1k) eliminating the use of Norbert Gobert because the journaling price is about 9-10$ CAD and for under 1k the FX fee is around the same price.

XEQT - long term growth, saving for house or retirement funds. It covers like 77% of my portfolio

QQC - 100% in tech, similar to VFV but more risky, which I’m willing to take. QQC has outperformed S&P however the future is uncertain so it’s kind of a risk im taking

AMD - been going back and forth and from basic research I heard this is still huge growth potential. NVDA seems slow atm so decided to take AMD. If I make major profits all of that will be reallocated to XEQT

MU - AI memory, heard really good things about it. Even this stock potentially reaching 2k in a year or more so there’s heavy growth still. If things go according to plan ALL funds will be reallocated to XEQT.

VDY - this is just dividend etf but there’s some growth. Canadian banks have been doing really well and it has stocks like CNQ (energy stock) in there which I like.

MDA/PNG - just small stocks with growth potential. MDA is Canada Space and PNG is Kraken robotics for things like underwater drones and marine warfare tech in a nutshell

XCHP - holds MU, AMD, NVDA, MRWL, etc Now for this I’m just duplicating what I have above. I’m just playing around with this. I think holding individual stocks will be better in terms of high returns on them individually than holding all stocks at once. But again, I’m still playing around.

Your thoughts?

[Discussion] took my shirt off, noticed big belly fat, I can literally shake it if I wanted to…I need to get motivated to get rid of it

I am 26, male. I always had fast metabolism but looks like it has weaned off.

I am not obese or fat, my legs, arms, face are in good shape but holy shit my belly is big as if I’m pregnant. My chest looks normal. I don’t understand why only my belly is getting the fat ?

I weight 150 lbs and I’m 5”8

Any advice?

▲ 5 r/Teethcare+1 crossposts

4 years ago, I had my braces removed, due to depression I did not take care of my teeth. Ended up with gingivitis, countless cavaties, gum inflammation (very red). I’ve been on and off with brushing but recently started brushing 2x/day, and 1x flossing in morning.

Don’t know if I’m moderate or severe case (had braces + SARPE before). Lower jaws look recessed, same with chin, mouth breathing as well.

I had braces when I was younger and SARPE. I backed out of jaw surgery due to personal reasons. Now it’s been 4 years and my retainers don’t fit.

Teeth still look straight. I took care of myself. Here’s my profile in bathroom lighting.

You guys can def see the deformities.

Grade inflations im seeing from HS is crazy

I got reccomended this post and I’m just in shock of how real grade inflation is. He had 100% average. I’m sure that student studied a lot but when I got admitted, I had a 75 ish average and all my 4U classes had a median of say, low 80s or high 70s. But I had a nice long scroll on the sub and the grades are just a shocker to me. I’m not trying to hate at all btw but I feel it must be easy to get good grades in HS? When I was in HS teachers didn’t hesitate to fail ppl from tests or the course but I heard from forums teachers intentionally don’t fail students.

Here is the post

https://www.reddit.com/r/OntarioGrade12s/s/3yNdv93J3q

I am also a bit nervous these grades are unrealistic and how unprepared they are for university. This is just my personal opinion and I’m not hating once again, this post might even be irrelevant.
