Why this ping dying??

BCP GOLDEN EYE. Every other ping is doing good except this one. He started to go bad about a week ago when I got him while the others did not change. Same morning sun water and soil. Its roots seem clean but its leaves are shriving up??? I did drop it and part of it exploded but its leaves was going bad before that too.

How many weeks for transplant shock😒

Drosera X Hercules is the hybrid that I bought from California carnivores. Everything else is living and now thriving except for my Hercules, which is the one I wanted the most eventually he’ll bounce back, but I was just comparing it to my other plans and how they’ve all shown progress except for this. Two days after I got it and reproduce drops and then we had a rain storm and it never did again I can’t help but think that now it’s starting to die since it used to be a vibrant red down to a dull red for comparison I really don’t think it can be a semi issue when looking at it it’s little friend that came along by accident. Anyways, I’m just wondering, how long did you guys wait before your drosera started to produce dew again

Please say if this is root rot

They’re on top of a dragon stone that is not waking water at all and it’s only getting moisture from a wicking rope and even That is doing bad. I have pumice arriving in 3 days. The roots arrived white but now look like this after a week. They are on top of fluval stratum on the rope outside morning facing sun only till 11 pm Florida.

Ping Propagation Done Right??

Did I do the paper towel method right??

Washed out a pastry box and cleaned it good with distilled. Paper towel doused in distilled with ping leaves on top and sprayed down again then sealed. Do i need to drill holes or something or if not they are safe from rot?? Do they need sunlight or indirect by sitting in the shade but for humidity??

How small can I propagate pings

I have new pings, really half an inch wide, but they look healthy, and one I am suspecting of root rot since the roots are all brown instead of white like the others at half an inch. Will they have just as good a chance as regular wide lead ones that are more mature or will the small leaves not be good for propagation.

Root Rot Photos

So I have just gotten a few pings and I am so paranoid of root rot. So far it is hard to find photos of actual root rot. What are symptoms or even share photos of actual root rot. 2 of my new pings leaves seem to be starting to change color and shrivel up a tiny bit

Are these 2 different plants??🌱

I thought it was grass somehow growing but upon closer inspection it’s a tiny matured pitcher! However it’s so small would this be a separate plant, and the 2 recent pitchers are also tiny traps like the small one but tall and opened. I was told traps won’t open until they are matured and ready but these are so small what’s happening?

Got an oil and tire change and left with the car lift.

Like look at this, 10 minutes after I left I got a tire pressure recalibration error code and thoight something was up just to notice this under the car while I was eating dinner outside. I thought I left a parking spot with a boot on or something.

Penguicula Rock Set up right?

Lava rocks and pond pebbles as a reservoir and then absorbent rock substrate on top with dragon stone with wicks to help with moisture movement. Should I add maybe a layer on top of the stone like a peat perlite mixture or another carpeting?

What brand stratum for pings?

Hello, what Fluval Stratum brand is okay to use for pinguiculas? I saw some for shrimp and betta fish, no difference? I am planning to chop moss up and mix it in while using it as a grip for my pings on some dragon stone. Saw a video of what seemed to be a advant ping grower doing this.

Mexican Pings and light

Is there any reasonable way to get the vibrant colors from these pings without using a grow light? If they are found in the wild, shouldn't there be a way we can have them outdoors ready too?

Ping rock disaster.

I'm ready right now, and I am about to build my ping rock first to make it ready before I purchase and thrift a nice bowl for it. Perfect size, it looks good and is heavy duty, so the rock will not break it under as easily, just to get home and fill it up barely with water for the bottom to fall out in a perfect circle. Literally fell out and it cut my hand. Unrefundable 20 dollars, and the dragon stones I picked up. Do not wick at all. I can only imagine I would have to now drill holes, which seems impossible to do if it won't even wick up 3 inches. Atleast Im going to the airport so I can do more shopping on my way back.

Building a ping rock

I'm going to put the pings on a limestone rock. I have everything ready, and about to buy them except for one detail I'm not sure of. How do the pings bond with the rock or crevices? Is there a soil mixture I need? What is easy to obtain instead of specialty ordering online? I have pear and perlite, would I smear it on so the little roots can attach, or what's the deal, guys.

Can Mexican Butterworts be outside?

Sorry if this is common sense but Is there a reason why I see zero mexican tropical butterworts outside in bowls or terrariums. I only see temperate bogs but why not these guys? I want to make bowl to leave on my balcony since I have no space for grow lights and location for them. Is there a way I can have them outside so they can get the colors? Without sun they stay green and I want to put it onto my balcony where they would get morning sun otherwise I’d have to get a temperate one

How do I water this

Told this sanguine pitcher can take the sun but it seems to be dehydrated at the end of every day. I water my asian pitchers when the top soil moss gets dry but they are always in the shade. Is this one of those where you water a few times a day.
