Need desperate advice how to navigate and what to say/ not to say now that I am being threatened with wage garnishment on behalf of Ace, cash express

I am not debating. I know I am in the wrong, I just don’t know what is my best course of action as I really just do not have any money.

I have been ignoring Ace cash phone calls and emails for the past six months, and finally got a call from a law firm, threatening to garnish wages. She advised me that she will try to work with me, but again due to my MIA it’s hard. I told her I will try to come up with some amount of money within 24 hours, but the problem is I literally just don’t have any money and will be door dashing to come up with something.

I truly am at the lowest point of my life as I have been unemployed for the six months, and I truly can’t tell you why. I never thought that I would be a person to blame my laziness on my mental health, but right now that that’s the only thing I can say. I will be going around town looking for jobs that I can start as quick as possible. I just don’t know what to do. I can’t file bankruptcy because I do live at home and, I don’t really have anything I can give up.

Not gonna ask this question because I’ve already seen 20 different posts asking the same thing…. But what would you spend it on?

I did the math and I can do the 760 gems to recruit all 52 times, so I could have more food for my viltramite team. Would that be a waste or do you recommend something else?

Is there a way to view org chart if you aren’t a employee anymore to see if a certain store manager or regional manager is still there?

I left there last year after being with the company five years and have been at Dollar Tree ever since. I just found out an hour ago that the District Manager that is primarily the reason I left and who was there for 16 years just quit two weeks ago.

I’m not going to say I love Dollar General, but I do really love the store, and it actually genuinely hurt hurts seeing it decay. They have already shut down three stores since I’ve been gone, and I can feel this one being next.

My main concern is since the District Manager was a woman and she did like to gossip, I’m not sure if she trash talked me to the two training store managers that I do still believe are there. For the most part, I kept good relationships during my employment, but with the fact that I did quit without notice due to being falsely accused. I don’t know if I was put under non-re-hireable or what damage was done to my reputation.

Genuine question…what makes yall so comfortable dry begging for tips from customers?

It genuinely has to be the most pathetic ghetto trashy shi I have ever seen.

I have been dashing for 5 years now and never have once mentioned my compensation to a customer, and never will for that matter.

But you know what I do consistently get additional compensation at least once a night from dasher support( you know the tool that is there for DASHERS to use). A lot of yall feel more comfortable trying to shake customers for more money when all you have to do it spend maybe 5 minutes on the phone and more then likely get X2 what you are trying to ask customer for.

Practically every night, I am calling Dasher support for a mileage discrepancy or some other BS reason and over 90% of the time they give me additional half pay and if not that it’s usually two or three dollars.

Just finished up my first night using platinum pass and would like some advise if you have any

So I did 8 hours just to get a feel for it, and my numbers were

21 orders accepted out of 51 offers

Total $171

Total mileage from start to finish dash ? ( I will post)

My goal was to average $22 an hour, and I did ~21.85

For reference I usually only average ~110 a night and that’s working 6 hours so usually ~18.33 an hour, but that is also accepting $1 per agreed apon offer and usually end up doing 150 miles a night

This time I did $2 per agreed upon offer( so it is actually $1 per mile round trip)

The way I plan to do it is only accept offers that are $2 per quoted mileage that way it will also cover getting back to my hotspot IF needed ( just bonus if I don’t move and wait for another offer) the only exception would be at minimum $1.50 per mile IF…IF I haven’t had a order in over 5 minutes AND it isn’t a apartment order OR I am far from my hotspot and the pickup and drop off are close to my hotspot.

So what do you think ? Do you think it’s worth doing it that way or should I try to aim for $3 a mile , which I only saw maybe 4 out of the ~50 offers I got.

Also just for background I only dash at night generally between 10:30-4:30( although I have been doing 9:30-5:30 lately) since that’s generally when most places in my zone close and limits most orders to MCDONALDS/Taco Bell/ subway/ papa John’s/whataburger/canes generally lowering wait time and increasing high paying bulk orders. Also less people on the road and most of the time I get to use drive thru.

I feel a hole right above the lower one visible but don’t know the best way to try to do it since you have to level it to tie it but I can’t figure out how to put my hand under
