Everyone around me seems concerned but I can’t see it

I have been going to the gym pretty much daily now for 73 days. I’ve been in a bit of a caloric defecit. I realized my scale was not zeroed out this is the second time this has happened, lol I thought I was eating more, but voila I’ve gained absolutely no weight in a few weeks. Muscle definition has been seeming really good to me. I’m very active, I run a mile daily, along with the gym, and my job is fairly active as well. I eat a very strict diet that is extremely high in protein. For the past day I’ve taken it pretty easy of this routine. And eating a lot more yesterday because I really didn’t feel well the night prior.

A lot of people closest to me believe I may have an eating disorder, because I obsess about tracking calories, and portion sizes and etc. and biggest of all, how I look. I’m at the very ass-end of a healthy bmi for my height and weight. For once in my life though I think I like how I look. some days I think I eat enough to make it not seem like a problem maybe it makes some better feeling towards this to those around me.

But I don’t feel like I have some sort of issue. I used to binge eat a lot, so it feels nice being so in control of my eating and habits. Just wish I wasn’t making so many mistakes with trying to be healthy…

Anyone have experience with the move award streak not syncing properly on new devices?

First screenshot is taken on watch, second on iPhone. I just restored from backup brand new iPhone 17 pro max 2 days ago. It automatically paired to my Apple Watch Ultra 3 and synced. But had to unpair and repair and restore from backup due to unrelated sync issues with AppleCare one plan and watch. So I’d think everything setup wise would be perfect but. But 3rd screenshot shows today my streak ended 2 days ago but somehow still going? I’m so lost. Hoping apple support can help

Update: it fixed itself after a nice workout that closed my move ring. Just needed to be more patient…

Shot on iPhone 16 pro max, a little bit over a year ago

In honor of my fallen solider I will share one of a few gems we captured. Maybe I can be lucky enough to get some similar on my 17 pro max… Thanks for viewing. I’d love to share the other ones I have.

Should I keep this offer or is there any chance I could get similar when 18 pros release?

Currently on 5g get more and able to keep my plan with this early buyout/trade in, on a 17 pro max. They are paying off my 16 pro max for $566 remaining roughly. And letting me trade in for 1,100 off of a 17 pro max.

Just unsure if I will get as good of a promo as this when the 18 lineup release or just take this? Either way I’m over 50% paid off on the 16 pro max and don’t mind paying the $50 restock fee. But this does significantly lower my bill as I’m paying full price monthly for a 16 pro max currently.

Does an exchange still keep a promo that I got from contacting support?

I got a promo through support that pays off my 16 pro max remaining balance. And gets me $1100 off a 256gb 17 pro max. I do have a receipt that shows amounts etc, phone has arrived and all that no issues!

However I’m considering possibly exchanging for more storage. Is that possible will it still keep the $1100 and they pay off 16 pro max or, does anyone have experience with this sort of situation? Thank you!

Better late than never!

Verizon came through clutch paying off my 16 pro max and giving me 1100 off this beast! My AppleCare replacement 16 pro max was letting me down a bit for work and such, so I’m thankful this all worked out.

Finally got a good promo from Verizon!

Verizon is paying off my iPhone 16PM, letting me stay on my 5g get more plan, and giving me $1100 off a 17 pro max. Honestly I’m pretty baffled, as I was expecting to pay full price, it happened after talking to multiple agents just trying to figure out why I could not access the early upgrade as I was a little over 50% paid off. I was just looking at the 17PM regardless, because my AppleCare replacement device is not nearly the same performance-wise as my original 16PM.

Absolutely in relief my bill will be going down, and I get a new phone like I needed. Chat support actually came through clutch for me. Just a heads up to anyone, it’s definitely worth reaching out to see what they could do if needed. But let’s hope the trade in and everything else goes smoothly..

M24 5’10 decided it was time for a change. Before pic at end

Only a few months in. Due to negativity I really do not feel like sharing my weight. Any insight to what could be improved would be appreciated though

Due to a scale discrepancy, I believe I weigh less than I thought I did. How safe to continue the cut?

24M 5’10 and weighing in at 135 lbs. I thought I was 137. And realized I was counting the scale wrong this morning. I started at 141 lbs about 2 months ago. I have done an extreme cut trying to get in shape last year too, but burned out.

I am attempting to burn enough fat for my never seen before 8 pack lmao. I believe I have 2 more abs not visible behind a small soft spot in my lower belly. Does 135 lbs genuinely seem unhealthy? I’ve posted pictures before and got a fair amount of warnings. Lots telling me it was unhealthy with a relative small amount of people actually seeing what I was going for. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Woke up to my new record of 5 low heart rate notifications in a night

Well I would normally be in a rush to go see a doctor, this has happened to me last year when I was also really in shape and sleeping.

When I went to the hospital for unrelated reasons, the monitors kept going off because my heart rate kept dropping below 40 during my stay. All the nurses and such kept checking on me until they realized it was my normal.

Although I’ve only ever gotten just one or 2 notifications, maybe 3 at most. Waking up to 5 kind of heightened the anxiety. Fun times being in shape lol

Couple months progress before & after

M24, Currently in a cut. I wanted to share to try to inspire other people. It is possible! I’ve always been the chunky kid and now I’m pretty much the most lean I’ve ever been before.

Body fat % estimate?

Apologies, I am trying this with a different question as I plan to safely continue my cut. With slightly adjust to a recomp here soon. But I’m truly unsure when a good time for a dexa scan is? I have added a before picture at the very end for comparison.

I am 24M 5’10 and sitting at about 137lbs, I have been around 160 in the past (last photo). This time around I started at around 142lbs. I’ve been going to the gym every single day for the past 2 months on top of active job. I am making sure to hit 100+g of protein for preventing muscle loss. I am in a deficit of about 500 or so calories daily depending on the day give or take.

Now I know this is very light weight I am at currently. Previously I was wondering if I should continue for an 8 pack lol. I have never been this lean except last summer at my failed attempt, I have been having good energy and sleep. I have never felt this good. I have done an extreme cut like this around this time last year. And was around 133 lbs at the time.

But i did not finish and fell back into old habits… i know I will have to put on more weight. Hopefully I stay looking similar or more defined. Thank you for any insight you can give me on an estimate.

Any advice for the last stretch? Very close to an 8 pack I think

I’m so so close to an 8 pack I’ve never been this close in my life. I have a 6 pack that is very visible. I’ve always been the chunky kid. I have this stubborn ass muffin pouch around waist and below belly button. I am 5’10 137 lbs. I used to be around 160 a few years ago. I’ve been active on and off throughout my life I think causing an almost muscle/fat combo. Never really been skinny.. My job is very active which makes it difficult to gauge overworking and resting and caloric intake but anyways.

I feel I need to be at like 135 or so? Not sure still. I’m definitely gaining muscle as well and shooting for 100+g protein daily. Just wondering if anyone has any words of advice or been in a similar situation or just insight. Kind of worried how to go to maintenance from a deficit as I’ve always struggled with overeating.

I really appreciate it.
