Practical rat solution in mumbai
Please dont suggest cats.
I am talking about car exterior rat repellant not interior of car.
Tobacco and camphor lose effectiveness due to heat of engine bat area.
3M rodent spray doesnt work and is expensive. Its hit or miss.
I drive car only on weekends. Car is idle on weekdays which is prone to rat attack due to humid cold weather outside.
Thoughts?

2 zepto bike riders scratched this black thing from both sides and ran away
I understand in mumbai once car is on road, expect mild scratches and dents as ship is meant for voyage not docked to ports.
2 zepto riders scratched on both sides. I know its not even visible. I am being just paranoid. However my concern is can water seep inside from the gap created as it has turned slightly loose.
Estimate cost?
Or no work needed?

194H TDS on a refund of loan charges (not actual commission) — how to report in ITR-2 for AY 26-27?
Filing ITR-2 for AY 2026-27 (salary + some MF capital gains + bank interest, no business/F&O income this year). One thing has me stuck:
My AIS shows a ₹70,000 entry under Section 194H ("commission or brokerage received") with ₹1,400 TDS deducted, from an individual (not a company). In reality, this wasn't commission — it was a partial refund of loan-processing charges I'd already paid out of pocket on a personal loan. The payer's TDS return classified it as brokerage, so it shows up in my AIS as income even though I don't believe it actually is income (just a partial return of my own money).
Questions:
- Is there a clean, legitimate way to exclude this from taxable income given it's genuinely a reimbursement, not earnings? I know about submitting feedback on the AIS portal ("income is not taxable" option) — has anyone actually done this and had it hold up, or does it tend to trigger a CPC query anyway?
- If I do exclude the income, can I still claim the ₹1,400 TDS credit in the ITR, or does that require the income to be offered to tax first (Rule 37BA)?
- Would it be safer to just include the ₹70k as Other Sources and eat the extra \~₹17k tax, versus the hassle/risk of arguing it's not taxable?
Would appreciate real experience over theory if anyone's dealt with a similar TDS-vs-reimbursement mismatch. Happy to share more numeric detail if it helps, just don't want to blindly overpay or blindly underreport.

Yatra Indigo flights via HSBC CC overthinking?
Yatra never asked me to select baggage at any point during the booking. I booked Indigo flights using my HSBC credit card because the deal was great.
After the booking, I checked the receipt, which was formatted quite poorly. It showed \*\*0 baggage\*\* for the return leg from MLE to BOM, and my heart honestly sank.
I immediately stopped booking tickets for the rest of my family and called Indigo customer support. The executive checked my PNR and assured me that checked baggage is included on both sectors.
Even so, I was still worried. I went back to the booking flow and noticed the attached screenshot under “Additional Details.” It was completely hidden during the booking process, so I never saw it.
If this were some tactic to upsell baggage, I would expect multiple prompts asking me to add it, especially when 20 kg of baggage would cost around ₹40,000 for my family. Instead, it feels like Yatra simply doesn’t display the Maldives baggage allowance correctly.
To be safe, I also asked Indigo to confirm the baggage allowance over email, and they agreed to send it in writing.
I’m not expecting much help from Yatra support since my past experience with them hasn’t been great.
Interestingly, I booked the exact same flight earlier through HDFC SmartBuy, and baggage was clearly included. It just seems bizarre that an international fare like this would genuinely have no checked baggage.
Am I overthinking this, or has anyone else faced the same issue with Yatra bookings to the Maldives?

Beardruff/dandruff not going this time fed up of this
I switched to plant protein from whey. I dont have carb rich diet also I dont consume sugar. I have had dandruff since childhood. I stay in Mumbai so coastal and humid weather and its monsoon now. I exercise and go to gym regularly.
On a piroctine olamine- ketoconazole 2%-2.5% selsun-coal tar salicylic shampoo which are all being rotated smartly. Nothing seems to work this time!
Also tried MCT Oil which didnt seem to help either!
I also tried clotrimazole and lulicanozaole lotions overnight however nothing seems to work this time.
There is no itching ever. I change pillow covers daily. Pictures are of just moving fingers in saloon session.
I dont think this is dry skin and also tried ZPTO based shampoo
