Hello, I’m an 24M American of Albanian descent and I’m considering taking a month long vacation in Albania. The only issue is I don’t know how to speak Albanian anymore. I wanted to ask if it will still be possible to make friends there. The last time I was in Albania I remember walking in the streets at night with no lights.

I’m currently in my second term of waiting to start student teaching. If anyone has already found placement please let the community know.
