looking for advice on choosing the right adopters/fosters for rescued stray kittens. 🐾🐾🎈🎈
I'm about to start finding homes for six 6-week-old rescued kittens that I've been looking after since they were born, and I'm terrified of giving them to the wrong person.
What are your biggest green flags and deal breakers when someone wants to adopt? What questions do you ask before saying yes? Have you ever refused an adopter, and if so, why?
What factors are a must and what can be compromised.
Basically, if this were your litter, what would make you trust someone enough to hand a kitten over?
I'd really appreciate any advice from people with rescue or fostering experience. I only get one chance to do this right.
