Parabéns, vocês ontem foram a melhor equipa e, na minha opinião, deveriam ter ganho. Já sabia que ia ser duro para nós, mas não foi apenas duro; a Colômbia praticamente dominou Portugal. Têm grandes jogadores e jogam um futebol sem medo que bate de frente contra as supostas melhores equipas. Podiam ter ficado atrás à espera de um empate mas decidiram arriscar e conseguiram. A vossa equipa tem uma dedicação que a equipa de Portugal, tirando alguns poucos, nunca sonhou em ter.

Desejo que vocês façam um grande Mundial porque realmente merecem ter ficado com o percurso "mais fácil". Espero que cheguem longe!

Escrevo este texto apenas para expressar a minha opinião acerca da glorificação da Argentina para esta Copa.

E bem, só se ouve que a Argentina está no top 5 favoritas, no mesmo patamar que França e Espanha, mas isso não faz qualquer sentido. Primeiro, eles têm uma equipa bastante envelhecida e com uma média de idade não recomendável. Depois, não se preparam tão bem como as outras equipas ao fazer amigáveis contra equipas bem fracas, para não falar que na questão psicológica eles não vêm com a mesma "fome" que, por exemplo, Portugal (último oportunidade para o CR7 e é um país que nunca ganhou Copa).

Para acabar, é crucial afirmar que a equipa é pouco diferente da de 2022 e os jogadores que outrora eram de clubes de topo, agora jogam em bem fracas que nem equipas fantoche dos EUA ou equipas locais da Argentina. A título de exemplo, o Otamendi saiu do Benfica e Di Maria agora está a jogar no Rosário Central. Por fim (esse é o ponto mais escandaloso), muitas pessoas dizem que o grupo da Argentina é o mais fraco quando na verdade subestimam a Áustria que é uma seleção que pode bater de frente contra as melhores equipas europeias e a Argélia que é umas das melhores equipas de África.

• Included for no reason: Nelson Semedo got in the squad as a 5th option left/rightback when we already have Nuno, Cancelo, Nunes and Dalot. He is a Portugal veteran player when Nuno wasn't a thing who is now 30+, who was injured half of this season at Fenerbahçe and their fans say he isn't great at all.

• Left out for no reason: Ricardo Horta. Arguably the best player of the Portuguese League this year with a 21/11 G/A count. Great winger/midfielder that carried Braga to UEL semis. He can unlock some hard games. Gonçalo Guedes from Real Sociedad got called up instead, for unknown reasons.

• Samu Costa 🔄 Palhinha: It is very contested that Samu Costa (2nd division spanish club Mallorca) got chosen over Palhinha, probably one of the best physical and open play stopper midfielders out there. I heard Samu is great but Palhinha is the type of player we don't have in our squad and would be useful against attack-minded teams like France.

I'm diabetic, autist and have extreme sensibility to heat and recently in my country we are getting super hot nights; for instance, I am now in my room trying to stay cool while it is super hot (+25°C), humid, the air smells foul and will get cooked if put any blanket on me. This drives me nuts. Even though I try to ignore it, the heat makes me super angry inside and on top of that there is my father that thinks AC is just a "fun thing" to have and I should be able to stay positive and try as much to love this hot sunny weather because below 20°C is bad and above 35°C is great (yeah, he loves way too much super hot weather).

I am just tired of this weather and tired of my father thinking this is me being spoiled. I am a fall/winter lover and I don't care if people find it strange.
