What do.you all do when you miss your ex ?

Feeling anxious, restless, ho r ny, dont want to break no-contact. Dont suggest mast urbation. I want to focus on my work/studies. But feeling restless and not at peace. I am not the type to be submissive to my husband. If I dont have feelings for anyone I wont even look at that perosn. So how is it even possible that I will have AM ? And no, I cant fall in love by talking a few times before marriage. I need same emotional wavelength and full strong feelings.
