Heyo, i recently read the sunbearer trials duology and really loved it, the banter between the characters felt very natural and the problems inside the story as well.

I also really enjoyed the lgbtq themes in it, it was fun and really sweet and I loved watching all the relationships unfold.

Are there any really good fantasy trilogy books with a really good slow burn and a really good plot?

Could be enemies to friends to lovers or strangers to friends to lovers and anything that’s a really good romance trope.

I’ve asked for trilogy recs so the romance takes more time to develop.

Also it’s really plot driven and the lore is really well explained and the characters all have their own personalities.

But the romance is second and the plot is first, so everything takes more time.

Would also love if the characters change over time and they still accept each other and are just absolutely just so sick about each other.

Angst is very much welcome, but with a happy ending and anything else goes but the couple is loyal to each other and it’s a healthy romance with each other. When they start doing the romance of course, it’s fine if they first get off to a bad start.

Like I want a weird show where At first it’s just funny and just bizzare as well then it goes into the lore and becomes so much more than what it originally was.
