I currently have a Samsung S22U. Had it since the S23 came out, and it's served me well. I've been watching Folds for a while, and want one as my next phone; was rather disappointed that the Samsung Fold 8 will not support S-Pen though. I use the stylus a lot more than I thought I would, and just do not want to give up stylus support. I'd probably have a Trifold by now if it had a stylus. (I've heard from some who use a third party stylus, but it's just not the same as built-in support.) I'm also seeing reviews saying the battery and camera of the Razr are better than the Fold 8, but I would rather hear opinions from people who actually use the phones (as opposed to someone who is paid to say "The new King of phones!")
I'd like to know how the Moto Fold's stylus compares from someone who had used the Samsung S-Pen and went to a Razr Fold. Based on what I have read, the Moto Razr stylus has the same screen writing capability as an S-Pen, which is what I want. I also like that the inner folding screen supports the stylus - if I'm going to take notes and annotate pics, it would be on the larger screen.
Another clarification I'm looking for. The S22U lets me change what AI gets used by programming the side button. Right now, I'm using Gemini, but I could use Bixby if I wanted (I don't.) I also use the Meli app to track my medical issues, and could change the side button to bring that up. Depending on where I read, either the Moto Razr Fold does allow that, or it only allows the Moto AI app or No Action. Which is it? Is the side button programmable, or is that a Samsung thing?
Another thing I just saw in a post here - no Qi charging? The Qi charger I just bought won't work unless I get the right case for it?
Update - Motorola is offering an additional $500 on trades, plus a free set of ear buds, so I have a Fold coming.
This may have been reported before (I didn't see it posted here) but I was playing through Caldera Chronicles again, in the Nutsville level, the guy is talking about how he took everything apart as a kid but it didn't phase ma. Shouldn't that be "faze?" (I know, picky, but I'm one of those weird people where stuff like that just jumps out at me.)
I've been able to install the Realm of Lorkhan alternate start mod on Windows using Vortex and on Linux Mint using Limo. I've tried installing it using Amethyst Mod Manager on Mint, but the game just will not see it. If I use Limo, the mod starts, but if I use Amethyst, the game starts with the carriage ride to Helgen. The files are being put in the right place, SKSE is installed properly, but it just refuses to work. Am I just stupid?
I seek cool outfit combo’s for my character to wear. For example (vampire dragon king of hell) daedric gauntlets and boots, jagged crown and vampire lord cloak.
Combo’s you wouldn’t think of
Every so often, I pick up my phone and I get a message that Smart Display is off. I tap Fix, it takes me to an Accessibility screen and tells me to scroll down for Smart Launcher. There is no option there for Smart Launcher. The closest I can find is under Installed apps, there is an option for Smart Launcher Gestures. I enable it, but in a few days I get the message again, and the Gestures option is disabled. Is this a Smart Launcher problem or an Android issue? (It's an old phone, so anything is possible.)
Samsung S22U, Android 16, One UI 8.0
I grabbed the Satisfaction Edition when it was on sale a week or three ago. It's supposed to include all the DLC, including the seasonal levels. I tried to select Santa's Workshop, but got a message that it was going to the store. It installed the DLC for no cost, then played normally. I've also seen this happen for the cruise ship level and the Back to the Future content. I thought all this was already included. Is this a game bug or a Steam bug?
On my Slovak QWERTZ layout keyboard it doesn't work, so I tried the US layout since that fixed it on Windows and still nothing.
In the final version of Hello Neighbor you can bind keys, so I use YXCV for items, but none of the Alpha versions have key binding.
I also tried to plug in my DualSense and I set it's D-Pad to the number row keys and still nothing.
OS: Fedora KDE 44
Proton versions which I tested: 10.0-3, 10.0-4, Proton Experimental
Steam version: iirc I have the Fedora native one
I bought it around 2021 for 56k , and after going to the repair centre they asked for 30k. What should I do??
Should I get it repaired or replaced cause I don't have much of a budget and I was considering fixing it only if it lasts me another 3-4 years.
PLEASE GIVE YOUR ADVICE!!
Now, I won’t deny that Grelod is a horrible human being. Anyone with a functioning brain can agree on that. But I often find myself roleplaying as a character that wouldn’t go out of their way to suddenly kill a woman and risk getting themself arrested.
This Year i finally caved in and bought the Anniversary Edition on PC (i know heresy) but the First Time i felt at home in a Player Home in Skyrim. So i talked about it with Friends, the discussion naturally drifted more into direction of Taste and Needs IRL applied to Videogames and maybe a bit of Videogame Nostalgia (looking at most morrowind players choosing their home on solstheim) and Psychology in General (Overthinking is our Specialty)
But coming around to my Question what are your Comfort Houses?
Due to a medical issue, I am not allowed to drive. I do have a Class 2 eTrike that I would like to use more often. I live in Newport, and can get most things I need locally, but if I need to ride to Market Basket or Walmart on Washington Street, are vehicle drivers going to hate me for riding an eTrike on Rt103? The Rail Trail would be ideal, but right now it's in terrible shape (probably from all the rain.) The eTrike can do maybe 20mph, so on some parts of the trip on Rt103 a vehicle would have to pass me. Last thing I want is someone tailing me while leaning on their horn. (Yes, it's happened. The guy had plenty of space to pass, but he chose to prove a point.)
I want to get my island organized, but I then realize that that’s a lot of work, how should I approach this? how did you manage this problem if you have/had it.
I have an iPhone 16 pro max and I’m bored with it. I have AirPod pros that a refuse to part with as galaxy buds are not the same. I kind of wanted to wait for the iPhone ultra fold but I’m not crazy about it’s from factor. Thinking of going with the fold 7 as the big inner screen seems great for video watching and content surfing. I won’t use multitasking as much and would like a decent camera since I use it for work. Any and all advice is welcome!
Long story short i've reran a new save every single year since 2012 when I completed my first playthrough.
Recent year's i've fallen in the monotonous loop of moding, glitching or fast levelling. Time to discard all of that and go back inti Vanilla and land an achievement on PS5 for once.
What are some of your favourite playthrough idea's, challenges, Races, & builds etc? I'd love some inspiration on where to take this journey as I always end up playing a sneak bow nord and haven't once finished a playthrough on Dunmer, Argonian, Ork or Khajit! Super boring I know 😅
I’ve been considering buying hard copy’s of the original versions of metro 2033 and metro last light. What exactly would I need to get the games running on a Linux machine?
