My super safety was running perfectly in my 16” PSA carbine but I recently swapped the gas block and now it works fine on semi, but on SS mode it’ll do 3-4 rounds but then dead trigger, I open it and see the hammer down, and the round still in there. What to do? This wasn’t happening before I swapped the gas block. But yes it still works PERFECT on semi

I feel like as Americans we talk about
