It's still Friday where I'm at.... Foxtrot Mike 12.5" Mike15 bufferless upper with pic rail delete, on top of a Mike15 lower. Folding Zhukov stock, UH1, Vortex 3x, Rave 140 trigger, Streamlight with switch, Shadow Crossover Grip, B5 foregrip, B&T Print-XH RBS SC. (Riser in the pic is being swapped for a QD so the BUIs are actually accessible lol.)
Anyone out there have experience with either of the Tuna Cans 9mm options? Curious about them and figured I'd ask before pulling the trigger on one of them. Thanks!
Pic is just for attention.... I'm a rather big dude.... 6'6" and around 330lbs. I'm actively losing weight, but I'm looking to start carrying sooner than later, and trying to figure out what to go with. All the above are likely too big to be comfortable for carry, so I'm curious on your recommendations for good carry pistols that will feel comfortable in larger hands, but not so obnoxiously big that it'll be hard to conceal. Right now I'm considering the Glock 45 or Walther PDP. Please share your thoughts and opinions!
And then, for any other big dudes, what carry position or kind of holster do you have that is a bit more comfortable when walking, sitting, etc. I'm thinking about the 4 o clock position, but curious to hear others thoughts. Thanks!
Ok, not really a "tale" but I sure do love these!
Top: Mike9 with Novox Research X-SD under a Midwest Industries handguard, FM "Foldy Boi" lower with RMB, Huxwrx Flow 9k Ti, Radian Raptor charging handle, Shadow Crossover Grip, AFG, Rave PCC trigger, SBA3, Swampfox Raider 1x Prism, SMS Laser HXFC with mlok mounted switch, cool riser off Amazon, and KCI 33rd mags.
Bottom: 7" Mike9 on a standard Mike9 ambi lower with RMB, CMC A5 tube, SBA3, Kung Fu Grip, B5 foregrip, Reptilia riser, Swampfox Raider 1x Prism (with a different battery cover, for some reason), oem trigger. And no, this likely is not the final form for this guy.....
Springfield Echelon 4.5F Comp on a Sharps Bros grip module with Atibal STD v2 dot, TLR7 HLX, Apex guide rod, and Shield Arms mag extensions.
Foxtrot Mike Mike 102 with Slap Mod, Kaw Valley Precision Magnum Linear Comp, AFG, flip up BUIs, A3 Industries modular folding brace with Steady Brace, Rave 140 trigger, random riser, Holosun 510c.
This thing is so much fun! Takes Rock n Lock 556 mags, and you can shoot it folded!

Really digging this new Atibal STD v2 enclosed dot on my Echelon. Such a great window, and really well made!
Not an inexpensive upgrade, but MY GOD the Sharps Bros grip module is SO much better than the stock polymer module. The weight feels great and it looks amazing, but the ergonomics of this grip are so comfortable. Easily one of the most comfortable guns I’ve held and shot. Highly recommend!
TLR7 HLX light and Atibal STD V2 enclosed dot. Have the Apex guide rod en route, as well as some metal mag extensions to complete the vibe!
