Hello everyone, i recently got a loan quote and was wondering if the amounts is ok, seems like i have to put down 50% for a 1million loan. ( i would like to have extra money for other investments so i really hope i dont have to put 50% down payment) and seeing alot of people only put down 30-40% on a commerical property, Can someone who have experence let me know if i should swtich out of this loan or this is most likely the best i can get.
