Time for a new speed feed head

I am thinking the spring wore thru head? Ia that correct? Is it time to replace the head? The trimmer is 6 or 7 years old

Used Snapmaker U1

I found a used snapmaker U1 with approx 300-350 hours on it. It was bought at micro center on June 9th.

I offered $700 and they said $750. I would rather be at $700, but what do you think of the deal?

I am not sure if I would still get warranty if it’s left?

Anything else I need to think about?

Nozzle temperature

In the middle of a print I got this error:

The nozzle temperature is abnormal, the sensor may be open circuit.

All the wiring on the hot end assembly look good. At first it would get up to around 40 degree celsius. I powered it off and on, now the hot end wont go past 0 degree.

Could it be a sensor?

Any suggestions of what it could be?

1st layer

Does this 1st layer for this light box look a little light to you? This is the first time printing on this cool plate. I changed the plate in my slicer and calibrated the bed level. Am I missing anything?

I create light boxes and sell them. I want to find a reliable supplier. I have been getting some on Amazon and the nice thing is I can find them cheap but overall not sure how long they will last.

Anyone have a solid supplier that is reasonable on price?

Poop not Balling up

Hey, sometimes my poop isn’t balling up, but it seems that is only when the fan is running? Is it because it is cooling too fast to ball up? Other times it does ball up just fine and the fan isnt running.

Maybe I need more fiber 😂?

Screen Freezing

Hey. My screen keeps freezing and of turning off and not coming back on. I can still monitor it from my phone, but has anyone had this issue? I am guessing it is a software update issue?

Tell me the good and the bad!

I am thinking my next printer will be the Snapmaker U1.

I really like no waste, 4 different nozzles, different nozzle sizes, and seems like their community snd support is good. And hopefully more than 4 colors coming.

I currently have a Bambu A1, and models I do not create I get from Makerworld, does Snapmaker have anything comparable?

What are your favorite things and least favorite things. Anything I should consider before getting one?

Whats the learning curve coming from Bambu if you have both?

Different Nozzle Sizes

Can you run different nozzle sizes? Example would be .4 nozzle in tool head #1 and a .2 nozzle in tool head #2? If so have you done it and is there any issues?

Connectors for a cut atrip

I have these LEDs and used very little of it. It was used for a light box I printed.

I will be making more. I am wondering what I need to do in order to attach these to a power supply. This had a remote as well.
