I have no idea why this happened, but I tried making a post on r/Kazakhstan asking from where can I buy Kazakhstan chocolate and tea, and I typed the entire post in Russian. For some reason, the post got filtered out by REDDIT, it wasn’t even deleted by the sub’s mods! Why? The sub doesn’t even prohibit the use of the Russian language, and the post’s content was not political, either. I can even show you the contents of the post in the comments to make an idea about what the post was exactly.

Edit: I mailed the mods asking them to approve it, and fortunately, they did.

Ever since I set foot in Wrocław, I noticed that a lot of restaurants close at 6-7PM, which is EXTREMELY early! Why? Is this a cultural thing? In Romania, this is almost unheard of, since most businesses here close at 9-10PM.

I thought I saved it on my phone, but looks like I didn’t. It featured Hange (season 4 version with the eyepatch) wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, a green skirt with heels. She had a slightly elegant pose with eyes closed, too. If you guys have the image, please send it to me 🙏

Dzień dobry! I’m in Wrocław for a summer school (this is my last week here), and ever since the first day, I noticed that there are quite a lot of construction sites on the tram tracks. What’s going on? Are they replacing the rails themselves? It reminded me a lot of Bucharest, because that’s exactly what’s happening there lmao!

Dzień dobry! I just attended my first con abroad, as well as my first con in Poland, completely unexpected.

I was walking through Pasaż Grunwaldzka, Wrocław, and then I saw a bunch of cosplayers. I didn’t pay them any mind at first, thinking that they were probably going to a photoshoot or something, but then, after getting out of the mall and waiting for the tram at Plac Grunwaldzka, I saw two other cosplayers. I asked them if there was a con in Wrocław, and they told me yes, it was. Enter NiuCon! When I found out about it, it was Saturday, one hour before it closed for the day. So I bought a ticket for the next and last day, and I went to the con.

The con was interesting, but it was very small, like, it’s venue is made out of two decommissioned tran depots. You didn’t really have many things to do other than hauling and taking pictures of cosplayers. But it was still a fun experience, especially to practice my Polish skills a bit, such as on things like asking for pictures or even hugs sometimes.

Now I’m really curious about other anime/comic cons from Poland. I know that Pyrkon is the largest one, and it’s in Poznań, while Fantasy & Magic Con is in Warsaw. How are each of these cons, and which one do you think is better?
