When the Child of Darkness awakens
and grasps the hidden wisdom of the Sage,
the sealed depths of Khyber shall call before them.

I have been dm to a group of I thought them as friends, but now… we been play online for two to three years now. During that time I was also a player to some of their games. Anyways, one day out of the blue one of the players who was also a dm for another campaign we all played just left. basically ghosted us, it wasn’t for a good bit they he finally answered messages why he left. He said that he basically been on autopilot for a while, I figured it was just burn out and all. About a week or two goes by then another player says he leaving, says that due to grades from college slipping he need to quit and focus on that, at that point I felt that group was too broken to continue so I ended the game. And now we are here, it’s been about maybe two weeks, and I still want to dm. And I thought my doing an Eberron game again would be fun, so I asked another one of the old players who dm also if they would join they agreed, also invited another old player who let’s say had issues but thought had enough time to get some reflection. Anyways I was looks for new players to join the eberron game. And I was chatting with one about joining, and I found out through her that the old group had made a new group server together and they wanted to steal the her, the new players from my new eberron game for theirs and the server. I only found out about this since she thought it was super shady that they would do that to me, and showed me the messages and members of the group how them want to steal her. That was last night, and I honestly don’t know what to do. Any insights with be very appreciated.
Will be set on Tuesdays, the starting time is 7pm EST. Also to note, we will be using roll20 for tokens, maps, and sheets. And Discord for voice and notes. Still working on when the game will start, but soon though.

Perhaps you are a deserter from its own ranks, a captured soldier of Cyre taken before its fall, or a wandering pilgrim or even an orc from the Shadow Marches, unlucky enough to be caught in the conflict. Whatever your story, it has led you here. You toil in an old iron mine, forced into hard labor beneath the earth. Recently, a long sealed passage in the mine has broken open, revealing something that should have remained buried. Creatures now stir in the dark. The Karrnathi guards have no desire to waste soldiers on such a problem. But an overseer has devised a solution, the prisoners will handle it. Those who step forward and those who survive, will be rewarded with better treatment and other rewards maybe. So the question stands, will you step forward?
