Where in Monroe can I find flower with the most impressive/rank smell? I’m talking cheesewreck, dirty socks, bad but good at the same time smell. Grown Rogue - Deep Space is a good example. Thanks in advance.

I received an offer for $75,000 and two weeks PTO. The interviewers made it clear throughout the interview process the range for this position is $75-78,000. I don’t care about the $3,000. I’d rather have more PTO. What is a fair amount to ask, if any?

The company is a large corporation with 40,000 employees.

Received an offer. Waiting on background check. How in depth is it in terms of your employment history?

This is for a management position. I had one job 11 years ago that spanned 2.5 years. However, I left and came back during that time, so there’s a 6 month gap in the middle where I worked somewhere else. That other job wasn’t relevant so my resume shows 2.5 consecutive years at the relevant job. Will this screw me?

When I checked TheWorkNumber it only shows my start date and my end date 2.5 years later. It doesn’t show the time I left and came back.

I have a bat problem. House built in 2021. Bought in 2023. Bats since the day we moved in. Attic vent is about 30’ off the ground. Any help?

Our house is a quad level. The attic is 3 different stories and nearly impossible to navigate. I’d have to bring multiple ladders up there with me.

First ribs!

Preheat grill to SmokeBoost (180 degrees)

Pat completely dry with paper towel

Run all sides with a thin layer of yellow mustard

Add rub on all sides and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes (3 different Meat Church rubs)
*I did 20 minutes*

Place ribs on pre-heated grill and let cook @ 180 degrees on SmokeBoost for 1-2 hours
*I did 1 hour and 20 minutes*

Increase temp to 225 degrees and cook for 5-6 hours.
*I did 5 hours and 20 minutes to reach 185 internal but should have done about 6 hours*

Increase temp to 280 degrees, add BBQ sauce and cook for 30 minutes (3 different BBQ sauces)
*I did 10 minutes*

Filled my raised bed with 39 cu ft of Fox Farm Raised Bed Mix. Bought two different fertilizers (pics attached). Looking for some guidance on how to get started planting vegetables.

I want to grow tomatoes (too late in the season?) snap peas, parsley, cilantro, lettuce and green onions. They don’t all have to fit, but that’s my wish list. I don’t know when to start fertilizing and with what? How frequently and how much? Plant from seed or no?
