What Truck is this?

Its a pickup, its got an automatic transmission and a chrome rear bumper. Rear leaf pack on a solid axle and a detent in the rear box and looks to end on the body shortly after the door handle or maybe right on.

The inage is flipped around so the truck looks right side up. Its under a lot of logs in the deep forest in BC.

A user in a sub that I moderate stole my post from months back and posted it as their own.

I spent a few weeks carefully compiling collages for this post I made 10 months ago, and im a little peeved this user downloaded my collage and posted it as their own. I dont appreciate the gesture, but in the end I gain absolutely nothing from saying "HEY THATS MY POST!". It was a simple conversation starter at the time for me and it was great. I feel like this user posting it as if it was their own work falls under "No low effort posts" rule of my sub. Would I be in thw right to remove it, or just let it be?

Steering wheel slightly off straight.

I took it in for an alignment because my steering wheel needed to be cocked left a little for the truck to go straight after a leveling kit install. So I took it in to get aligned, they did and said it was good. On the way home the exact opposite was true. I now had to cock right a little big to go straight. So I bring it back, they line it up again and still.. when the steering wheel is straight the truck drifts right. Is this a common issue? Am I making a big deal out of a normal thing or what?

Post leveling kit top center bolt off center...

I did a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2026 Canyon the other day and noticed post installation that the center top shock shaft is off center. Its mirrored on the otjer side so at least its consistent. Does this look ok? The truck rides fine. Went off roading all day on Sat and she was fine. It goes in for an alignment tomorrow.

Is this ok?

I installed a leveling kit the other day and noticed the top center strut shaft bolt is way off center on both sides. Theyre both off center mirrored though so im wondering if this is typical for this style of srut tower of what. The teucks going in for an alignment tomorrow.

Rough Country 2 inch leveling kit REVIEW

As I’m sure many of you already know, Rough Country isn’t exactly the greatest brand for off-road parts. I chose their leveling kit because it had “good” reviews and it was cheap. It wasn’t until I posted my own review that I realized reviews have to be approved before they’re published, so take those reviews for what they’re worth.

The install itself was easy enough, but the kit requires full disassembly of the strut to install a preload spacer. I managed to compress the springs enough using FOUR 2,000 lb spring compressors, and by the end of it they were all nearly maxed out. Not ideal.

After the install, I dropped the truck, retorqued everything under load, and went for a drive. Once everything settled, I ended up about 2.5 inches taller in the front.

I spent all day off roading yesterday, and I absolutely cannot recommend this kit if you actually plan on using your truck off-road. There’s far FAR less articulation up front, which in turn hurts traction in the rear, and the ride is ATROCIOUS. It’s SO stiff and SO fucking bouncy that it’s nearly unbearabl for me.

If all you want is the leveled look, then sure, go for this god-awful kit. But if you respect your truck, please avoid it.

Don’t be like me and slap your truck in the face with peasant parts. I’ll be ditching it and going with Bilstein 5100s based on the recommendations of a bunch of other Canyoneros.
