Other than metal, which albums from your life have influenced you?

Other than metal, which albums from your life have influenced you?

My sister gave me Dookie on casette when I was 6 years old. It was about a year old then and I was sp stoked to be listening to her music. Its been a favorite ever since. I went through a major Creed phase in high school and that album came out at the right time to help point me toward metal. Alapalooza was the first album I ever got. Also kn casette, I got it from my aunt when I was like 4 years old. Still a major player in my listenings. Love Al! Dire Straits, one of the greatest bands of all time. That album is one of my all time favorites. Moment of Truth by Gangstarr.. anotner gift from my older sister. This time Christmas 1999 - Cassette still.. I recall listening to this on repeat for ages. I rang in the year 2000 by sitting, headphones on this album bangin in my ears. Tillers Folley is a local band singing about Canadian history and specifically local history. Folky as fuck and I love folk metal so I gravitated to them hard. I discovered them in about 2011.

How do you compare stuffy nose and still use your machine?

The nose pillows work best for me but I always have a nostril plugged. Its because I have awful allergies and some nights I cant even use my machine. Do yall use over the counter remedies??

$400 96 Blazer

I bought this 96 Blazer stock with 400,000kms. It had a cracked frame so we welded it up, hockey puck body lift, homemade rear shackles for a bit of a lift, gutted it and put some OLD nasty 33s on it. Hacked the fenders for clearance and beat it on some trails here for a couple years. This thing was a blast!!

Second slide was when it blew a hole out the aide of thw rad 30kms from nowhere. We drove it out, and all the way home stopping every few minutes to put whatever creek or ditch water we could find in it.

In the points for each spoke the powder job is terrible. I find this mildly irritating but im not sure if im just overreacting.

3 lanes all merging into one. No signage that I could see and no one flagging or anything. Luckily these drivers were competent enough to manage this with grace.

200th between 48th and 44 is absolutely insane. Just have 3 lanes of traffic merging into one. No signage, no flaggers even lol. Real slick!!

Ive tried prolly 2 dozen off the shelf brands and models and theyre all pretty quiet. None have been as loud as wired, but phones no longer have audio jacks, and dongles have been inconsistent and unreliable for me. Im an industrial sandblaster so I work in a loud space. Im not losing my hearing either, im just struggling to find good wireless earbuds. I currently have Audio Technica CKS30TW+ and they sound excellent but too quiet. I struggle to hear music and podcasts even inside my helmet which has 3 inch thick padding all around and a thicc, hard plastic shell. When I was wired id nearly blow mu eardrums out with Suffocation n shit but now... Cant even hear the solos.
