Help with relapsing

I've been relapsing pretty hard lately only consistently getting to 2 to 3 days. I have been writing down though reasons why I've been failing. I've been trying to keep myself busy but I still end up looking at it. Anybody else have any tricks or methods to keep myself preoccupied cause the best way I found I got past three days once was keeping myself busy.

Two strikes are out

I've been using this method called two strikes you out rule well it's quite self-explanatory i'm not quite sure if it's sustainable for a long-term. What are you guys say if you think the rule works or not?

Horse bread

Flavour text from Wikipedia Horsebread was a type of bread produced and consumed in medieval Europe. At the time, it was considered to be of low quality, made from a seasonal mix of legumes, such as dry split peas, and bran along with other non-wheat cereal grains such as oats and rye, and acorns. FYI the image is not mine founder random one online.
