Just Holding onto USD would have resulted into 13 % CAGR Over 5 yrs. Sensex Gave 8%.

If invested in US market it would have been even better.

But just keeping USD in Bonds FCNR ..... Is reaching returns 13 % CAGR Over 5Ys.

What a f* up situation....

Perhaps the real reason why FIIs are leaving - like there's no tomorrow.

This...

If I'm an FII investor - I will runaway with my money too.

IT cell has long Brainwashed Indians - they succeeded - and continue to do that successfully.

But that doesn't mean the world doesn't see what's happening.

For which the eventual results is the doom. Which is in making Infront of our eyes...

Are you still converting to INR

What's the general convection in this era among NRIs?

I personally stopped in 2022, at 77 levels. Holding USD 300K in FCNR. Didn't had option to invest in foreign markets.

FCNR itslef gave close to 15 - 16 % CAGR in INR terms. I'm happy with it.

I haven't started yet, my plan is to further diversify in Bitcoin - US equity....

Abhi to sirf 5 Rs. Hi badha hai Petrol....

Yeah to trailer hai, Picture to Abhi Baki hai....

Have never seen such perfect storm before... The oil prices for in INR terms doubled 100 % increase in just 12 months....

At the same time gold effectively doubled from roughly 80K to 170K in just 1 year alone.

The markets have still hold it - largely....

Will it give up now ? Expecting multi layer price increase in fuel cost in India.

I am looking for Gujratis having any experience with Old Age home in Gujarat.

My father is unable to travel with us overseas. I am the only son.

Rightnow, Situation is desparate without any good solution. All the options that I have is either bad or worst.

He cant travel overseas, we cant stay in India for long. Medically he isnt having any illness, just weakness that comes with age.

Is there any reference for professionally managed care center - in Rajkot/Ahmedabad? Money shouldnt be an issue, I want best possible.

I have never in my dream imagine a situation like this, so completly unprepared - I dont want my father to be alone - But then at the same time I also cant stay in India. So, just looking for someone who might have faced similar situation and has good experience with workable solution with professionally managed old age care centers.

If your portfolio gave 0% returns - you are down - 12%.

Increment in job - 5% - your salary reduced by 7%.

If your business gave 10 % profit - you are down by 2%

Let that sink in
