Ryzen 5 7500F locked clock speed

Hello everyone,

I’m having a strange issue with my Ryzen 5 7500F. I noticed my CPU stays at its normal clock speed no matter what (both Task Manager and HWInfo64), especially while playing video games. It stays at 3.7 GHz instead of boosting to 4.8-5.0 GHz like it did before. It also the speed doesn't fluctuate anymore while idling, which it used to do. I switched the power plan from Balanced to High Performance, I disabled Eco Mode from the BIOS (my MOBO is an MSI B650M Mortar WiFi), I did a CMOS reset, and I've also disabled the Windows Power Throttling Engine in Group Policy. "PROCHOT EXT" and "HTC" are showing "NO" (in HWInfo64) but nothing has changed. Is there a way to fix this or should I just do a clean install of Windows?

The game suffers from occasional short frame drops. Also, from what I've read, the AI is still very broken.

Opinions about Chieftec The Cube (I-03B-OP)?

How is the Chieftec The Cube (I-03B-OP)? What are the pros and cons about that case? Or should I choose something else, like the Jonsbo D32 Standard? My budget is limited. I'm having a Ryzen 5 7500F paired with an RX 6650 XT XFX Merc 308.

My internet works but getting this message saying that my network quality is low.

What could be the cause I'm getting that message? I reset factory my ONT router, uninstalled and reinstalled the NIC driver (my board is using Realtek 2.5G), I disabled all power saving, changed the DNS from my ISP to the one from Cloudflare, change the ethernet cable with a better one (I'm using a Cat6 cable). I tried anything and not worked. My internet works fine but webpages takes a little bit to loading, having some issues when playing online games (for example Forza Horizon 6). Could the recent Windows updates (KB5089549) causing that? Sorry for my English, since it's not my native language!
