How much clearance do i need inside the rim? 12”? 13”?

I currently have 17” 215s but want to try these 14” 185s

Saturn Ion 2.2L 2006, do these need to be changed? My right spring is broken right at the bottom and i didn’t notice any driving difference or that it was even broken until i went to change my wheel hub/bearing.

I put 18mm bushings a year ago and only now did i measure and it’s 20mm…

Should i switch them to 20mm? There is minor clunking noises on certain bumps, i have just ordered sway bar links too

M25, 185lb to 200lb, 6’1

Broke my collarbone and had a 2 month recovery where i lost a lot of weight. The 3 years of progress was not linear, there were ups and downs.

Any tips to get wider shoulders? I feel like i’m rectangular lol

Sometimes it’s towing a 450lb motorcycle on a 200lb trailer. Snowboards in the top and 4 people, canoe, etc

Reason i’m asking is that the rear can look squatted at times. Thanks!
