what are the minimum grades i need for my subjects to secure a 95 atar?

I’m asking this as a year 10 student in WA. My chosen ATAR subjects for next year are:

English
human biology
Chemistry
Math applications
Psychology

I didn’t choose anything like spec, methods or physics simply because i’m not great at those and i think i would go crazy if i had to study for those. i do think i will enjoy and willingly study for the subjects above though.

I hate having to remind my 11 year old sister to brush her teeth and wash her hair ALL THE TIME!!!!

Omg. My sister is seriously addicted to her phone and my mum always texts me at night to take her phone which irritates the fuck out of me—because why couldn’t you do it? 😭😭😭 Seriously all my sister thinks about Is tiktok and youtube. Everything tiktok, everything youtube. I am so tired of forcing her everyday to brush her teeth and take a fucking shower. Her breath stinks all the time and she’s always got greasy hair. She pisses me off so fucking bad. holy shit 😭😭😭

Please how do i make them more symmetrical

My left eyebrow genuinely drives me crazy and it is such a bad shape, however i think my eyebrows are just naturally assymetrical as my right brow is obviously higher. I am not allowed to get any eyebrow tints, although i can get them threaded. My main problem is the brow hair growth, i wish there was a way to grow hair in places where they have never grown before. Please i need advice

I finished my application but now i have the online chat interview and dont wanna mess up.

Im a 16 year old girl who just applied to Bunnings for a seasonal casual position. I have the SLIGHTEST bit of experience regarding heavy lifting and painting and stuff. I completed two three-day courses, one for construction and carpentry, and the other for painting and plumbing. I also have slight experience in customer service and managing transactions as i worked at my dads vehicle repair shop for four years. I reckon this experience should be sufficient?

Im trying to get my first PROPER job here at bunnings, so how do i not mess the recruitment process up? please advise me on the online chat interview, and any other interviews incoming if i pass that.

Will i be stopped from doing ATAR English in year 11 if i fail year 10 English?

Btw i go to a public school, and people have told me that you can’t be denied from doing ATAR in public schools, if you have mediocre grades. But i just wanna ask this first.

Im irritated at my friends when they do this

So on tuesday i have an assessment due that is worth a decent amount of my grade, and one of my friends texted me saying “assessment due tuesday dont forget” i just got insanely annoyed and i feel dread towards them because they feel the need to remind me as if im a fucking toddler and im not aware that i have stuff due. Honestly i might not even turn in the assignment because i been dealing with my own shit and i couldnt give two fucks about it. Sorry i may have a problem.

Is writing shitty essays in year 10 okay?

So as the title reads, i am a year 10 student and i currently have a visual essay due on Tuesday. I was assigned this task last term in Week 9, and now its Term 3 week 2. I’m incredibly stressed and I keep procrastinating writing it. I did choose to do English ATAR next year, but essays are killing me so bad. I don’t know how to write, what to write about and how to even PROPERLY read the text i’m writing about. I even considered not doing the essay at all, though it is worth 25% of the semester 2 grade. But I realised that since I’m doing English ATAR next year, it probably wouldn’t be optimal to go about that way.

So here i am, asking you guys if writing shitty essays is okay.

I think I have a really bad problem where I just won’t start things if I’m scared of it not turning perfect—so basically a perfectionism problem. And procrastination.

How do I write essay based on certain question?

Btw, i am year 10. but id like to ask you ATAR student and graduates for some brief advice if its okay!!

These are the questions I can choose from, and I’m not really sure which one would be the easiest to write from.

1. Using at least one studied text, explore how the context of production influenced an author’s choices.
2. Discuss how characterisation, in one studied text, reveals at least one idea about humankind.
3. In a text you have studied, explore how the representation of the future creates a warning for us as readers.

I am writing on a dystopian text called, “There Will Come Soft Rains”

What do i say to someone who is about to commit?

Theres this girl I am mutuals with on IG, and we only talked in real life once—which was about three years ago. I see that she is really struggling, as she is posting about it on her close friends stories/notes.

I want to reach out and help her, but i am unsure what to say. Im also scared if she shuts me out because we never talk at all usually. Also dont want to say anything like, “your family loves you” as a reason to keep living.

what do i say?

Am i a bitch for cussing out my pregnant aunt after she talked mad shit about my mum

To sum it up, my mum and aunt were having a heated argument in the car. It was bad. I stayed quiet because i didn’t want to get involved as it would make things worse + not tryna get beat up.

As we neared home, my aunty (the driver) drove recklessly on the last turn and basically almost killed us as we parked in the drive away. My mum was already angry asf so she hit my aunty and it ended up in my aunty’s lip/tooth bleeding.

Thirty minutes later, we head over to my grandmas house to discuss stuff. Me, my grandma and other aunty watched quietly as my mum and aunt argued back and forth and said horrible personal stuff to each other. My aunt called my mom psycho, even brought me and my sisters into the conversation saying disgusting stuff. My mum told my aunt that she ruined everyone’s life with her attitude and how she treats others/always picking fights.

Eventually, my aunt mocked my mum as she cried. I was angry, but i still kept quiet to not stir anything. Then my composure broke. My aunt mocked my mothers epilepsy, telling her to stay in the hospital forever and other disgusting stuff. I cursed her out, telling her to worry about her own three year old child (dont wanna be a hypocrite and talk about a child like this, but-) who clearly has problems due to his parents (my aunt and her husband) fighting all the time and basically neglecting him since they go out all the time with their friends, leaving the rest of the family to babysit the kid 24/7.

I told her to shut the fuck up, all while i began to shed tears. No one can talk about my mum and sisters like that, even if youre my aunt and we’re related. I know what I did was wrong, esp considering shes pregnant and hormones all that shit.

I dont wanna ruin my birthday again.

So its my 16th birthday soon, and its the first time im celebrating in five years. The past five years I was depressed on my birthday and refused to celebrate with anyone. Honestly, reason why I refused to celebrate was because of my insecurities and how ugly id probably look in the photos.

This year, I felt that it was time to not gaf about my looks and just celebrate. But now that my birthday is approaching, I am TERRIFIED of when it comes to singing happy birthday and people are recording me, and then I gotta take photos with family. I can deny photos of course, but my family will not accept that since they wanna keep the memories (which is a good point) Ive always told my family members to never post my face on their Instagram stories, but sometimes they still do it.

I’m just so scared of looking ugly on my birthday. My looks always have to ruin everything.

Pls convince me that Givenchy Linterdit is worth it..

A week ago, i purchased a gift set of Givenchy Linterdit (including a Givenchy lipstick)

Making the purchase, I was excited and couldnt wait to open it on my birthday. But today, it hit me suddenly that maybe it’s not worth it.

What do you think? Keep in mind, I am a 16 year old girl. The saleswoman did tell me that this perfume is good for my age, but i’m rethinking it. Maybe she was lying to me? Eh, i dunno. I just want yalls opinion.

Should I keep it or return and get another perfume?

I want to end it

I’m 16. I hate my life, i hate everyone,
especially myself. There is not one thing i like about myself. Im honestly a gross, horrible person. My grades are average, and my presence doesn’t seem to be worthy to anyone.

I also did something REALLY bad an hour ago. I sent an adult guy an nude (of my chest). I have no fucking idea what got into me but the past is the past, yet I’m still unsure of how to feel. Part of me doesn’t care, and part of me does. I come from a Muslim family too.

I know I’ve just committed a crime. But honestly i just wanna die, i don’t think my life is worth it

Will a no-bleach brown balayage work on my hair?

A year ago i got red highlights, however it washed out and left me with really pretty milky brown highlights. Soon i want to get a milky brown balayage, no bleach. But since i have previously dyed my hair (highlights) im not sure if the no bleach will work.

But, my highlights are already milky brown. I just want a slightly lighter milky brown balayage. Would it work? No bleach?

Should i go on to do nursing or commerce?

I’m a 15 year old girl and im about to go on to choose my subjects for year 11 and 12. Ive been interested in nursing for a while, as i somewhat enjoy the hospital environment and human biology.

However, in the end i just want money. My parents did advise me to consider commerce, as it will exist in every industry. Now i’m thinking of either nursing or commerce.

What do yall think? Pros and cons of each? How do i know if it will suit me?
