Starting Matt Gublin today which resulted in Marcus Mariota getting his leg literally destroyed is malpractice and a fireable offense.

He showed alot of good signs in this game. He didn't panic when the pocket collapsed around him, he stayed in the pocket and went through his reads instead of running away, he stepped up into the pocket on a couple of occasions to buy time for himself, and he made numerous high quality throws that weren't caught. Overall he looks like a guy who's taking the right steps under McCarthy so far.
