I'm doing a program in my area to upgrade from oil to a heat pump. I have a 2300 square foot house attached at one side to another property and have 9-ft ceilings ( about 8 ft or 7.5 ft in the upstairs )built in 1928. Would I need a four or five ton heat pump?

Also : I was quoted for a 3- ton haire heat pump and I don't know if that would have been appropriate and I don't know what the Brand's reputation is. Any inputs on this?

I live in Canada and there is an oil to heat pump upgrade program and I'm navigating ridiculous quotes but I need to know what centralized heat pumps to avoid what brands to avoid.

Are there budget brands that are good enough that you would absolutely be okay with them heating and cooling around home?

I love the basilisk. It's very comfortable. I like its DPI clutch in side wheel buttons. However, it's a bit on the heavier side and there is to my understanding some mods that people have been successfully able to pull off. Is there any resources for this?

For underwriters in general: when someone has a loan and they pay it off but it still shows on a credit report. What proof would an underwriter need that the loan balance is zero?

Shopped for a house, made an offer it got accepted. The original mortgage broker procrastinated due to personal scheduling conflicts ( it took a week for them to even find a lender). I got declined for reasons that just were not accurate about my file.

Because of the delay, it looked like I would be without housing due to renovation by current landlord. So I took out a loan from a US bank , thinking I'd have to move back to the states as I did not have enough US funds on that side of the border and did not want to mess with nor exchange my Canadian assets and funds.

To my surprise I got hooked up with a broker that easily got me approved but I just handed everything over about my current file. I was stressed , cortisol running 24/7 not able to sleep for 3 to 4 day stunts, not thinking right; I forgot to mention that US loan ( it literally took like 10 minutes and the funds just sat in my US bank account).

Stupid decision, I know, because right now, I am stupid. Upon realizing it , I paid off the loan , I even got the bank to generate a letter that there is nothing owing on it

The underwriter wants a US credit check due to dual citizenship:

are they going to see my loan if it hasn't even been a week?

If they do see it, will they give me a chance to prove that it's no longer active and paid off or will they refund the conditional approval, seeing me as dishonest ( when I am just not thinking straight).

Is that letter and statement that it's paid off all they need?

I feel sick to my stomach all over again.

I just want to verify: here I have noticed every single group that I have been in under group finder that does this trial on vet seems to be under the impression that it drops the perfected version of the weapons when tackling the bosses individually. I have repeatedly tried clarifying this to the groups and they just tell me that I'm incorrect about it and then it drops the normal weapons and they don't understand that there's a perfected version.

Is anyone else been encountering this issue??

Notes: I already have a powerful workstation so this needs to be able to run DaVinci resolve and other editing programs. I do not need to worry about exporting however or long-term renders .

I see that the HX processors from both Intel and AMD are big power hogs and drastically consumes battery power.

I need something a little more mobile, but before I write off these processors I want to make sure that this is with the understanding that there is no way to get them to Ron on a setting that drastically reduces power consumption when unplugged when traveling.

I'm having an issue in DaVinci resolve with the latest version which is 20.3.2 and I'm trying to figure out why for this or for any video editing software a Time code. Audio sync would work consistently 1 hour while you're editing at your computer and then when you redo the process again, it suddenly can no longer line up the audio with the video. This is driving me nuts and I'm putting my feelers out there on how to resolve this and the input would be appreciated
