I just found that i am pregnant (4 weeks), very happy as i was trying for 8 months
I already registered with self referral
Told my Gp
Already was taking prenatals
I know its a waiting game until my first apointment and scan
But i am an anxious person
Please advise me things that helped you
Good books, how you stay fit during pregnancy (i am not a gym person or exercise person but i am naturally lean and eat healthy)
When did you announce to friends and family
And is private scan at 8 weeks a good idea to calm down the anxiety for the unknown
Anyone who is in same journey as me please let me know so we can share and chit chat
And anyone whose been through this already, your advice will be greatly appreciated

After buying other brands here and there i have purchased few 187s in various shades and styles
And i am feeling bag peace for now.

I am ttc for 8 months 36f for first pregnancy and after getting blood tests (all normal) and pelvic ultrasound i found out i have fibroids (3, small less than 3 cm each 1.5, 2.6 and 2.1 i think) and my uterus is retroverted. Possibly endometriosis as it takes years to diagnose and i have extremely painful periods)
As a woman i feel devastated
Nhs wait lists and tests and everything takes a lifetime and i feel like i am running out
I feel so down and heartbroken
I know its not the end of the world i know many other women are going through this
But it feels so heavy
Once i am referred to fertility clinic god knows when, i feel the treatment seems scary and unknown
I am feeling lost and very very depressed
Please send me prayers and positive vibes

I have recently receuved highlights that i am not happy about and a week ago i got haircut as well

My hair was just below my bra strap and somewhat healthy

I am really regretting haircut and highlights

It looks brassy it feels dry

This was my 3rd round of highlights in 1 year

Full head twice and half head in between

So roughly every 6 months
