I'm so mad at my own clan right now. What do you mean you buried a medicine cat apprentice alive??

Also, holy heck is poor Claypaw's skill ironic.

Emberclan started the war by killing a kit that trespassed on their border, so I'm not too happy with them either.

My AC is set to 73F. The thermostat says it's 75.5F. This is the temprature at my desk. Time to break out the ice pack socks for the year. :(

I hate that my desk is always a few degrees warmer than what the thermostat picks up. If I move this thermometer to the thermostat they both read the same temperature, so I know it's not inaccurate. I have a box fan on high under my desk but it's already not enough.

If you are confused about any changes to your account, it's not a bug, it's on purpose. Chai is showing again and again how little they value the time and effort put into bots and stories, and how little they value their subscribers.

Credit to u/missdarkntwisty for letting me post the email response they got!

Every time I think Chai can't sink any lower, they do. At bare minimum, sparing subscribers from their endless a/b bullshit would have been the smart thing to do, but so far every issue we've been seeing these last week effects users at random, subscriber or not.

I bet the ultra users who have to pay $19 a week are real happy about that... What a wonderful way to keep them paying. /s

I'm also worried that they now say they're running tests on improving bot creation, yet the only change we've seen is the removal of the advanced section. That's not an improvement!

For those of you with the character limit to your messages, what is it? I've seen reports as low as 60, and ones as high as ~350.

Testing the removal of the 7 day minimum account age for posts/comments

Spam and bot posts have died down and stayed died down for a few weeks, so I'm testing to see if we can discontinue needing a minimum account age here. If you guys see a bunch of spam or suspect a bot post, please report it or send me a link in modmail. Hopefully we can keep the rule gone. It's mostly legitimate posts/comments getting caught in it now, and it clogs up the removed tab, making it harder to find things wrongly caught in reddit's spam filters.

When your dark, brooding, fighter character is asked to smile.

A+ for being the first message of a brand new chat, too.

Dad with his first son!

Dwarf blue panda is the dad, the other male with the black tail and spots is his son! I'm going to guess mom was one of my black bar endler girls. I've loved watching him grow up! The color on the body seemed to just appear completely overnight! He has some leopard guppy half brothers maturing up now, too!

Years of unsuccessfully battling parasites, and then some unknown infection spreading through my old population was getting to be too much on me. *Nothing* worked. I tried every medication and way of administering that medication. The infection (scales would turn white on the top, then get just the slightest bit cottony) would just jump from one batch of fry to the next and I could never eradicate it. So I made the heartbreaking decision to put everyone down.

I'm starting over now with a pair of purple dragons, 2 blue grass females, a dwarf blue panda male, 3 black bar endler females, 3 leopard guppy females, and now these 2 pairs of purple tigers. So far so good for the others in the main tank. Everyone is healthy and the first batches of fry are growing up! The purple tigers will be in quarantine for 2 months till I'm sure no one has anything contagious and then they'll go to a 75 gal. The main tank is currently 7 adult females to 1 adult male so the M:F ratio will be easier on the tiger girls soon.

(The quarantine tank is 'overfed' on purpose so I can feed the extra snails to my turtle.)

#1 are all plain colored and chunky in appearance. The latter bits of the shell are almost always broken off/beat up (may be an issue of their previous home, not sure).

#2 are the stripey ones, thinner, with very pointed shells

#3 look identical to #2, just without any striping.

Haven't noticed any big behavioral differences between the 3. They're all burrowers. They all get to about an inch long. I can get more pictures if they're needed.
