Is this commute from Singer Island to NPB safe?

My (F) work is in NPB but its a bit too pricey for me, so im looking to rent a place (studio or 1b) in WPB. I know to 100% avoid Riviera Beach, and I know that technically Singer island IS Riviera or something like that. But would living on singer and taking this road up to NPB a bad move? Is Singer Island itself safe?

What other Palces are super safe in terms of living/needing to commute to NPB that arn't too pricey?
