I’ve had acne-prone skin since my teenage years. I don’t get much acne anymore, maybe 1–2 pimples around my period.
My skin is combination/oily and my main concerns now are uneven texture, visible pores, old acne marks and dull skin.

I have been taking Metformin XR for a little over 3 months. I started on 500 mg, then increased to 1,000 mg.
My doctor told me I could increase the dose gradually but didn’t mention what dose to aim for.
For those of you taking metformin for PCOS:
What dose are you on (1,000 mg, 1,500 mg, or 2,000 mg)?
Did you notice any extra benefits when increasing the dose?

Last time they charged me $75 for gel nails
After colouring my hair twice (9 days apart), I’ve developed persistent white flakes and occasional itchiness, mainly on the crown where the dye touched my scalp.
I tried Selsun without much improvement and can’t tolerate the smell. I also tried 0.5% hydrocortisone cream, but it didn’t really help and I found it difficult to apply through my hair.
Has anyone experienced something similar after hair dye? Any shampoo or treatment recommendations? 💡

My ( 2.10y )toddler’s molars take forever to come through. We can see the tooth under the gum for weeks and sometimes over a month before it fully erupts. During that time he gets irritable and has restless sleep.
