Really scared to shift incase I don't come back....

Some more questions :)

  1. How do we shift back here and actually come back?

Some people say that we either don't come back, we just shift back to a really similar reality and some say we come back here with a safe word. This really confuses me because we either come back or we don't. This really confuses me....

  1. Scripting we know another language and bring it back to this reality?

How do we not come back here knowing it? Say I shift to a reality and I study a language to a native level or I use Comphrehensible input to acquire a language could I come back here knowing it?\\\* As in a reality I shifted to and therefore being aware of that reality as i have shifted to it, can't i just have that knowledge here?

What's some shifting symptoms? 😁 Also has anyone taken a panic attack after realising they have shifted? I know I will freak out, especially if I didn't come back.. also how do we know for certain if we say we have a safe word but how do we know if would actually work.

If Loa just shifting? But instantly? Like I know loa is instantly too og but lets be real if it were we would have our desires lol.

My biggest fear is not coming back here. :( like it's a big scary fear. Then I also have the fear of not wanting to come back as I would like my desired reality better lol, oh my days someone please help me overcome these fears 😁🙏.

Thank you for the help :)

Copying a book from another reality that's not in our CR?

I had a thought, if we shift to a reality where a cool book was made, and its not here, would we shift back here not remembering the knowledge of that book? And if so, we could technically write that book here and get famous.

If I immersed myself 12 hours a day would it work?

If we paid full attention would it work? If babies can do it surely I can? I'm curious to study this as an experiment but want your thoughts on it? It takes 50 hours to get to level 2, if I did that quickly would it work? Would it not? - I've done 6 hours a day for Norwegian so now I'm wanting to see if I can do 12hrs a day to see how truly fast and how well this works and I'll give updates :)

Not sure if I'm going to do French or Spanish, need Mexican Spanish song recommendations! For motivation :), I have nice french songs :0

People who text on this subreddit claiming to be in another reality...

I don't understand, I've seen posts where people say Ive never been in this reality before ik this isn't my current reality', something along those lines. If they are in another reality, how can we see their message but can't get proof of other relatives like pictures and videos.

In absolutely no way am I hating on anyone, I'm just curious, hope everyone has a nice day/night 🙏😁

I shifted to MCU for 4 years 🦸🏻

I’m back here in my Better CR.

Technically, I’m not back, because I’ve never been to this CR before. Still, this reality is the same as my CR, but now I’m able to shift on command.

Websites like dreaming Spanish for other languages with as much content

I want to make sure whatever language I start next has enough content to get me to a high level and not me having a hard time getting content haha

Is this safe to eat? I'm severely alegic to nuts hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios.

I'm scared to try stuff like this but it has me wondering can I have it? I can't eat stuff that says May contain nuts.

Another question, subtitles at level 3 going on 4.

So I used subtitles for Pokémon series for norwegian and found that it helps with the words speech going to fast, and words I've missed. Is this okay? I did studying for 5 years on and off prior to CI....

I'm new to a severe nut allergy by 6 months and someone I know ate a snickers bar and didn't wash hands after.

So someone in my household ate a snickers bar and crushed up the wrapper in their hands. They are refusing to wash their hands, will I be okay if they touched the door handle, clapped my puppy- I kiss his head so... and what about the other things that I'll be touching? Light switches dog toys, what do I do? What about like hours after? Days after? I can't wipe down everything, sorry I'm new to this and autistic so very much freaking out. I'm badly allergic to hazelnuts, pistachios and peanuts, this person is aware of my peanut allergy. - I do need epi pens.

Is it possible to watch kids shows for Comphrehensible input? Peppa pig starting from A0 no words known.

I'm aware I've already made a similar post but just wanted to ask if it's completely okay and anyone else who has done this but not done it as a kid because children pick up things easier.

Please share your experiences :) 🙏

Like not an easy language I mean, say Chinese or Korean? One that's completely different from English and completely different alphabet?

I'm making a discord server

Hello! I'm currently in the process of making a discord server, the server can have channels for creating stories from your daydreams, help from others on how to improve these stories if you are making them into a book or writing them just for fun or to see if it helps you in any way.

This server will also be a hangout spot, advice from others, to vent. Whatever, just no racism and bullying 🫶😁

I'm making this server mostly to get some friends, I mostly daydream because I'm Lonely and have none.

https://discord.gg/JSHpUnb4K

Let me know any feedback for this server as it's my first time making one :)

People who have shifted to Descendants, what was it like? Did you change anything? Can you describe in detail how it was?

I'm so tempted to shift to the descendants universe 😜

I struggle with so much due to autism

I wrote nearly all of this myself I just had ChatGPT lay it out for me neater!

I always feel like I'm doing something wrong. I feel lazy because of my depression.

I always want to make everyone's life easier and less stressful, but sometimes I wonder if that's even possible when I'm here. I feel like I've disappointed so many people.

I can't really talk to anyone about how I'm feeling.

Everyone is getting on at me about housing now, but I was relying on my sister to help me because I really struggle with phone calls. I stutter, get really anxious and freeze when I have to call someone I don't know. I have social anxiety and I hate myself. I hate how I look, I cover my face because I'm so self-conscious, I hate my voice, I hate everything about myself. I think that's a big part of why I'm so socially anxious and awkward.

Of course I want my own place, but I struggle doing things for myself. My sister spoke to housing on my behalf because I panicked. They asked me to send some things in, but they emailed my sister instead of me, and now she can't access that email. Now three different people are getting on at me to phone housing myself, but I don't even know what I'd say. I'd probably stutter, freeze and panic because I don't know the person on the other end.

Every time I make a simple mistake, disappoint someone with the housing situation, get on someone's nerves, take something the wrong way, or don't understand something, I just feel awful.

One thing I've always struggled with is when I'm getting told off, shouted at or someone is having a go at me. It's like my brain completely shuts down. Everything they're saying just turns into mumble jumble and I can't process it. I go completely blank and it makes me feel like crying. I don't know if that's an autism thing, but it's horrible.

I'm in my early 20s and I shouldn't be struggling this much with things people call "simple." Even writing this post is mentally exhausting.

I'm so disappointed in myself because I feel like I don't understand the world properly. People have to dumb things down for me or ask, "Do you understand?" and I'll just say yes because I don't want to be annoying or make them repeat themselves, even if I don't fully understand.

I also say things that come across wrong without meaning to. For example, one of my family members has sleep apnea and falls asleep downstairs all the time. One day it was about 12/12:30 and I woke him up and asked when he was going upstairs because I was getting a bit tired and would probably be going to bed later. I wasn't trying to be rude at all, but I got told how cheeky that was. In my head I genuinely didn't think I'd said anything horrible. The next night he slept downstairs all night and I didn't say anything. Luckily I'd been drinking that night so I slept through the snoring.

I honestly suck so much at life. Everyone knows I'm autistic. I feel like you can just tell by looking at me because of how awkward I am. Even in school people didn't really want to be friends with me because I was awkward. I was in mainstream school. I did have one friend in high school but she stopped talking to me after a while.

I have absolutely no friends now and honestly I'm not enjoying life. I'm not suicidal, I just don't enjoy living like this. I just want some good company. I want friends to spend time with. My phone never has any notifications apart from language apps and family members.

I'm constantly stuck in this fake world in my head. Thanks maladaptive daydreaming) where I'm prettier, have amazing friends, have my dream job, enough money, and I actually understand life. I feel it's distracting me from actual life.

It's hard to listen to people when they talk :( like paying attention!

Sorry I hope this post is okay for people to read! Have a nice day, I'll appreciate any advice people
