Is there any use in yelling at a suspect who's already started shooting?

I've noticed that sometimes even when a suspect has chosen to engage sometimes they will throw their gun down after a bit. However, I've never had a suspect do this from me yelling at them. Anyone have any insight?

Anyone else wish there was a custom difficulty?

Personally, I play on casual most of the time, only because when the difficulty is any higher, even the meth heads are basically trained Marines. However, the other parts of higher difficulty like suspects being smarter, hiding more often (I think that's one), stricter ROE, etc. are things that I really enjoy. It's just that, personally, the suspect accuracy being so much higher takes me out of it, as I don't think it's very realistic (unless there's a reason in the lore) for untrained and stressed-out suspects to be so accurate.

Do Shotguns have any actual unique utility that Rifles don't?

While I love to use shotguns in this game I'm not blind to the fact that they're rarely the best choice in any given scenario. Just to name a few disadvantages we have:

- Tube fed (apart from one exception), meaning they're slower to reload.
- They have as much armour-piercing capacity as throwing a handful of peppercorns meaning they're only useful for like 20% of the missions
- Recoil Heavy
- Usually kills unarmored suspects in one shot
- Makes over-the-shoulder headshots to hostage takers extremely dangerous even with a choke

I'd like to reiterate I'm not saying you're dumb for using shotguns as I use them for roleplay a lot. I'm just wondering if there's an practical reason to use them.

Console player here. I just discovered that there is a launch pad on Mun that is exclusive to the console version of this game (in the Breaking Ground DLC) does anyone know why this wasn't added to PC?

Say what you want about ubisoft but we need more games with knife takedowns as visceral and real-feeling as Breakpoint😮‍💨

Anyone know what this mark on this guards face is? Birthmark? Scar? I've never seen it before. [KCD2]

Anyone else wish there was an option to disable slow-mo for the stand offs? I mean it's cool at first but I personally think this looks way cooler.

Why is going for the balls not taught in actual martial arts? (unless it is?) (not a joke question)

As we know, going for a guys balls is a fast pass to win a fight but id like to know why it doesn’t seem to be used in any real martial arts. I understand why it isn’t used in things like MMA and other martial art related sports events. I’m talking like historical martial arts and self-defence training. I would like to clarify this is a completely serious question, I’m not trolling I’m just genuinely curious.😭
