Okay, this might sound like im denying job interviews but honestly, i dont answer unknown phone numbers most of the time. I always feel like the unknown numbers are from jobs i applied but i still dont answer them unless they messaged me or scheduled a call. I get anxious kasi when its all of a sudden so i don't usually answer. I remember during my internships that I got called once by an unknown number bigla and i did not do well in that interview so to say. So i usually wait if they message me or email me instead of answering. Am I losing my chances of getting hired? Why do people call of a sudden without any warning? Ganun pa rin ba practice ng iba? last job ko kasi at least they messaged me before calling so i was better prepared. Should I just not include my number on my resume if I don't like cold calls?

I don't have a business account nor did I ever open one. I only have the regular whatsapp. For some reason, I got sent a business code and it stated that my whatsapp business account is being registered to a new device. should i be worried or something?

I recently moved here in the USA. I have a degree from the PH from a good university and with latin honors. I am currently applying to jobs that are related to my degree but also some food and beverage positions since i really am interested in this field. Ive always wanted to start my own resto or cafe so might as well get some experience. My degree is also an interest of mine naman but u would only get decent jobs if u get a masters which is not in the cards right now. My problem is, a lot of people are saying that im lowering my standards cos im getting these types of jobs. Eh its not like my degree can always get me somewhere abroad naman or smthing since even tho its one of the big 4, not everyone internationally knows this school and sometimes they want it accredited by USA. Idk maybe seeking advice lng when it comes to not listening to them na kasi im genuinely happy with my decisions. Its just the unnecessary pressure from other people

Hi. Wanted to ask lang if I can use up my sick leaves before my last day? I recently resigned and rendering na ako. Palagi naman nagaapprove TL ko ng leaves and all so gusto ko sana magamit lahat ng leaves ko bago ako umalis kasi sick leaves cant be monetary acc to my contract. problem ko lng ish baka manote sya in my future jobs? ano ba usually sinasabi ng HR if ever magask si future employer abt background checks and all. I got back from the ER yesterday and I was debating until now if what they gave me would be acceptable for HR. Problem is, my reason for leaving is due to my mental health being really bad. now, the diagnosis or impression was that there might be something physical before I can be concluded as Anxiety. would they accept that for shorting my rendering days or dapat talaga from a psychiatrist ako magconsult?

i started a new job and the problem is, i keep thinking about the worst. like for example, i feel like i inputted the wrong data which in hindsight is fine but i feel like its the end of the world. i keep circling back to those things and i really hate it. help me

Hi! So I started applying to jobs in the USA but the thing is, im still here in the PH. I got a couple of interviews lined up and they seem like really great opportunities but im scared what if they ask me like when im going there or things like that but next year ko pa plano talaga mag migrate,,,i just wanted to try to apply and see whether they would go for me. what do i say if they ask me when can I start?

I have only worked corporate. Granted its only one year experience but when I move to the states, i plan to apply in the food industry. My grad course is way different but its always been an interest of mine. Im a dual citizen so no need for work visa or anything but i wanted to ask about how to apply for these types of jobs? is it more of a walk in type of applications or are there online applications as an introvert hehe? for resumes, since my only food related experience was a home baking stint i did every holiday, do i include that or just let the corporate job happen. btw ill be living in california, around pasadena or LA area. thanks!

im not asking because i want to be but what are the cases na maffire ka? im kinda an overthinker and i want to know if like maffire ba ako or makakasuhan HAHAHHA OKAY WORST CASE SCENARIO NA YUNG KASO pero just wanted to know what are the cases for these things. im really tired and sometimes i would miss some work and thats kinda hard. i really need help to stop these thoughts.

i want to resign na, i cant take this anymore. walang nakalagay sa contract na bawal mag immediate resignation but nakalagay na 30 day rendering is possible. please help ayoko na talaga dito

Sometimes I get annoyed at myself because I might be doing something wrong. Later, I might get scolded. I'm really frustrated with my brain, like seriously. Sometimes it feels like my overthinking is over the top and it's kinda killing me. I get anxious that I might have messed up or not. How do I change this mindset? If it's wrong, then it's wrong, but it's really hard to let go in my mind.

Minsan naiinis ako sa sarili ko kasi baka mali yung ginagawa ko. Mamaya papagalitan na ako soon. Naiinis ako sa utak ko ng sobra as in. i have been here for about 6 months and i have been debating whether i should resign. i keep having panic attacks and ayoko na talaga. the workload is getting kinda heavy for an entry level position and my other seniors are resigning which keeps pushing my decision to resign. i just want to leave the company already. the people are really nice but i guess being in this position and company causes me great anxiety because its kinda a lot. i just dont like this anymore. i feel so tired and drained all the time.

i hate having such an overthinker mind. grabe yung pagooverthink ko minsan sa mga tasks as in para akong nanghihina or nangiinit. pano ba toh matigil. alam ko wala naman akong ginawang mali pero the thoughts are still there na baka nga nagkamali ako. grabe hindi ko na alam pano ko toh lalabanan
