My social life is gone. I don't feel like talking anymore and want to stay alone all the time now.

12th and ye First drop 2 Saal Ghar pe raha Pura din Ghar pe rehta tha Bahar nahi jata tha abhi reneet ki preparation kar raha hu ye 2 Saal mai no social , no friends social isolate kar liya tha khud ko bas Pura din Ghar pe rehta tha ( ye nahi karna chaiye tha 😥😭) Ab mujhe bohot jyada social anxiety hoti hai Ghar se Bahar jane ka Mann nahi karta mera mental aur physical health ki gand mar gayi hai

This drop year has changed me alot.

How do I deal with these sudden waves of loneliness? I barely have anyone to talk to. I chose to self-study at home with online coaching, and now I keep regretting not going for offline like everyone told me. Every day feels the same just me, the same four walls, the books, and this incomplete syllabus. With less than 33 days left, I'm feeling really demotivated. I end up doom-scrolling or suddenly feeling like crying at night.
