I keep seeing tiktois and stuff about exactly the title and it's pissing me off. CAN PEOPLE ACTUALLY SOURCE AND LINK THEIR INFORMATION? How am I suppose to know if you pulled that out of your butt crack or it's confirmed? And no lh0 reposting them being gay (what account? If you have claims, BACK THEM UP) doesn't count because while it supports the claim, he still doesn't directly state it. Audgsuhs djjfofk this is angering me more than I need to, can people for once just give sources.

So basically this book is set in Venice and our protaganist has a super power which I forgot and she is a girl. There is a female djin who has like a disguised building in Venice I think? There are missing people and basically she kidnaps them to her djin home and in pretty sure protaganist finds out. Book ends with something with pirates and that's all I can remember.

Also book potentially has Venice in name.

I didn't sing but there was a bunch of people singing which made me kinda annoyed since I wanted to listen to the classical music by itself. Am I just annoying or is it rude?

First and foremost obviously singing and screaming is fine at a concert, but there are certain times to scream and promise and songs that are alike (quite ish) are not. I myself did sing but only sang at mostly a whisper at the quiet parts and only screamed when printed to. I know I'm being a fucking Karen right now but yesterday there was a girl who was just SO loud. Like I could barely hear laufeys voice at certain parts (at like quiet parts of carousel, promise, etc) and kinda ruined the experience for me. And now in all my recording her voice is there and it's so agitating. I can't even listen to her live voice without hearing her. You might say 'well she was being in the moment, you didn't have to film's , well even if I wasn't filming I could barely hear laufey and only hear her voice cracks and it pissed me off so much, sure scream at blahblahblah and at tough luck bridge but I payed to listen to laufey not to you singing about ur ex. So please before you go to any concert be aware of how loud ur singing voice is since we payed to see the artist not you.

edit: does anyone know how to remove it or make it quieter?

edit: her voice (LUCKILY) isn't as prominent and sometimes harmonizes well and sometimes is trash. the only thing that's not making me rage is knowing that all of her recordings will only have her voice in it.

I know that a billion bigoted parents would be against this, but lets just pretend we live in a world with unicorns when answering this question.

I would also like to thank all the trans people who contribute to this sub because this is truly a free public education site (as ironic as it is by the fact that its on reddit). I (a cis person) have learnt so much from this sub and from my own stupid and ignorant questions that you guys have heard millions of times. I think trans education should be implemented in education (personally I think around the age of/slightly before sex ed which was year 4 for me.) This isn't to say to not talk at trans people before this, but rather to go in depth, (hrt etc.) I think the education system has truly failed you guys. While we did have an enby teacher talk about their experience, it was frankly quite boring and was only the very top layer. There are so many cis people who were like me, who although did not personally harm trans people, still held transphobic opinions disgused as concern. This sub had truly educated me so much, and its sad on how many less transphobic people there would be if they just decided to actually go talk to trans people. People shouldn't have to reach out to trans people to keep asking ignorant questions, the education system should of answered most of them already.

Looking back now, I probably have upset and offended many trans people during the questions I've asked in this subreddit, I truly am sorry for that. You guys have allowed a stupid and ignorant person to grow and become more accepting and open minded. Now, I want to hear how you guys would teach kids about trans people.

If you don't understand it's basically do you think it's more important for the write/director to be queer or the actor to be queer.

This isn't an argument on whether queer characters should be portrayed by queer characters but rather the questions above. I see arguments all the time on whether an actor is queer and whether cis and straight ppl should portray queer characters. I almost never see ppl talking about the writers and directors themselves which is kinda sad.

I got the inspo for this question from a heated rivalry comment. It was basically someone saying that they appreciated Jacob Tierney being gay more than whatever sexuality the actors were. I want to hear from the wider lgbtq community on what they think of this. Thanks!

I consume (objectively) a lot of bl content. Sometimes I don't for a couple of months and sometimes I find something I'm hooked onto and hop from one to another. I don't read/watch bl exclusively and I also do consume a lot of straight media. I wanted to ask because recently I watched heated rivalry and mentioned to one of my friends that 'the sex scenes were kinda hot the first time around but got boring and eughhhh after'. My friend (I think) half jokingly said omg your fetishizing gay men. I lowk panicked because I didn't nor ever want to be a non queer person fetishizing queer people. 99% of the time I just like the fluff but there is something worse. I've never admitted this to anyone irl cuz I'm rlly ashamed of this but I've watched porn on and off. I really hate it and I've stopped for a while, but other than straight I also watched gay. Sorry for this rant and if I fucked up I would like to be told, and how I can improve.

So I was sick for a week and I still have a runny ish nose. I'm going to a con the day after tommorow and is getting my makeup done. Any tips on not ruining my makeup?
