If I were to pubish on one of the online free-ish platofrms - what's the difference?

AO3, ScribbleHub, RoyalRoad, Literotica, Wattpad - Is there a concise way I can see the different purposes & functions of these platforms?

EDIT: follow-up question:

Are they all free-to-read platforms or do some of them have monetization features?

TIL the Romans had a ritual called "evocatio": during a siege, they formally invited the enemy city's guardian deity to abandon it for the Roman side, promising a more lavish temple. It doubled as psychological warfare and mitigated the otherwise sacrilegious looting of religious images.

Seattle style

I had a Seattle-style dog last weekend and I'm a convert. I guess it was Seattle-lite, as I only had cream cheese & banana peppers on it, but it was great and will make that a regular thing.
