I remember back in the day when I was deep into the NBA, Bill Cartwright blew me away that he made it to the NBA with that hideous shot he had. But he did, and had a long and successful career.
Over the last season and the beginning of this one, I have watched more and more games, outside of my home team, and there are two very specific players that have a shot that looks like it should not work.
So, I am curious, who do you think has an "ugly" shot here in the W?
Is it proof of the coaching gaps here in Indiana? The system seems pretty similar in Minnesota. They like to run, and Miles is a similar passer to CC. Tash is a different player in that system. I want to know the why.

I don't care what you think about CC. The ball is nowhere near her, and AT us not only using her neck as leverage to stand up, but she is also knee to groin..... and steps up on top of her. If you watch the video Caitlin literally has to go to the fetal position in order to avoid bent stood on.
If this happened in the NBA, they would suspend the player. The W needs to do something about this, and do it not.

The Case FOR:
This is the low-cost, high-upside move. Morrow is averaging 12.0 points and 9.7 rebounds in 24.5 minutes per game, and she is only doing that in a part-time starting role. Connecticut is actively rebuilding with no playoff expectations, which means they are open for business. Hines-Allen is a solid return for a team trying to add veteran presence while they develop their core, and a second-round pick is a reasonable sweetener without gutting Indiana's future.
The fit with Boston is actually interesting here because they are different player types. Boston is the polished, footwork-based post presence. Morrow is the motor, the glass-crashing, second-chance machine. They would not be stepping on each other.
The Case AGAINST:
Connecticut is going to know Morrow is their best young asset and may ask for more than Hines-Allen. You might need to include Makayla Timpson or upgrade the pick to a future first. Also, Morrow's 6'1" frame is legitimately small for a center/power forward role at the WNBA level, and bigger opponents have occasionally bodied her off the glass. That is worth watching.
Realistic counter from Connecticut: Hines-Allen + Makayla Timpson + 2nd round pick. That is the more likely ask.
The Case FOR:
Shepard is averaging a career-best 13.5 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 5.8 assists in 2026, with two triple-doubles already on the season. That passing ability is a genuine weapon next to Clark. Shepard as a pick-and-roll partner who can hit the roll, rebound, and kick out to open shooters would be genuinely dangerous in Indiana's system. She is also proven, experienced, and does not disappear in big moments.
Dallas is guard-stacked. Cunningham is exactly the kind of physical, competitive wing they could use as a complementary piece around Bueckers and Ogunbowale. This trade has a natural positional logic that makes it easier to negotiate.
The Case AGAINST:
At 29, you are buying high on someone closer to the end of their window than the beginning. If you are building around Clark for the next five to seven years, Shepard's best years overlap with maybe two or three of those. You are also giving up Cunningham, who is a fan favorite and a genuine culture piece in Indiana.
There is also a real question of whether Dallas moves her at all right now. She has two triple-doubles and is the league's total rebounding leader this season. Teams do not typically trade their best player mid-season unless the offer is overwhelming or the relationship sours.
Realistic counter from Dallas: They probably want Cunningham plus a first-round pick rather than Cunningham plus Timpson. That is a steeper price.

I started a fully remote new job last Monday, and the minuite I join a meeting or take a phone call, my dude thinks it's time to go outside.
This is a problem, as he starts pawing at me and pushing me to go outside, while in a meeting with higher ups at work.
Any suggestions? I might be looking at sending him to doggy day care if it continues. Would LOVE to eliminate the behavior.

The league is changing, and we have a franchise player in AB with NO backup. KK is two years in, and still doesn't know not to put the ball down when she is below the basket, Dantas is NOT a post player or rebounder. Mo is a shooting forwad.
We need a big body that can compete with AB. AB is getting into foul trouble because there is no big body forward to help.
