We are currently hiring for a role and we literally have two top choices making it extremely difficult to choose between. What standards do you use to determine who to hire between two people when they are equally skilled, either personality will blend well with the organization, and you like them for different reasons? The Itasca fireworks have been on my list for awhile. However I’m best not in a lot of traffic or squished in crowds. What’s a good viewing spot that is 1 to 2 miles away? I go to Jim’s Original 1 or 2x a year. Love the current nostalgic set up on Union. When did they change their fries? Went yesterday and for sure not the same. Yes, some people love them yet for me they taste less traditional and not my vibe. I think the fries remind me of McCain’s. I know they are moving to Pilsen so wanted to enjoy the current set up one more time before they go.
