Hello there! This is what you can build with a simple Bambu A1 540 mm animatronic!
Entirely designed for FDM printing, with an Arduino Nano, 4 servo motors, LEDs, and a DFPlayer Mini sound module.

ESP32
Remote controle IR
Printed on a simple bambu A1 , 1/8 scale 650mm
4 servo motors, Arduino nano, Leds, sounds. (included)
All printed with Bambu A1 PLA standard , mastic in spray and sanding, 9 Servo motors , Arduino nano, and some LEDs...
It took quite a bit of work to coordinate all 9 servos while keeping the movements smooth and synchronized with the audio.
I'd be happy to answer any questions about the mechanics, electronics, or code. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
I'm using an ESP32 with an IR remote, two servo motors, LEDs, a 128×64 OLED display, and a DFPlayer Mini. Everything works great, and I'm really happy with the ESP32.
It's an amazing board compared to the Arduino Nano boards I usually use. It even has enough power to render real-time 3D graphics on the interior displays.
The most challenging part was managing the servos, sound, LEDs, and graphics together while keeping everything running smoothly.
Printed at a 0.16 mm layer height. It features 2 servo motors, an IR remote, and sound effects. It was a really fun project to build, and I love my Bambu A1!
What do you think of my Delorean Printed all in PLA on Bambu A1 540mm animated with 4 servo motors ! sanded and painted.
